To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOne thing - the room fills with smell from I think the sewer when I close the door of the shower. The exhaust intake is in the shower, and the closed door prevents air flow. Hotel should remind people of the need to crack open the door to prevent stagnant air. Or better yet, do not have door that completely close off the entrance. A gap at top would be good.
This is a well run hotel (chain), with excellently trained staff who are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. It's focus clientele - travelers looking for good value at tourist spots - are well served. I see a lot of families, young people, etc. People seem to quickly adapt to the hotel's mode of operations, and become an efficient whole. Great job!

Such a great team - absolutely lovely and helpful, smart room design (2 single bed room), great style, good breakfast choices - you will enjoy more local than European dishes. Tip for light sleepers: room facing the street are a bit noisy - bring earplugs

Location is great, just right opposite Ximending shopping district, easy access to MRT/train. Level 1 of the hotel building itself has a 7-eleven. Good spread of breakfast and coffee/tea/water available for self-service the whole day. There's complimentary self-service laundry (washing machine & dryer) ;-)
