Great location, had a room larger than I even needed, very comfortable and had a good sized balcony with a view. Great being close to the train station and easy access to downtown. Got good instructions for finding the right entrance as it’s in a large building.

The walls do not have noise isolation, but we only heard our neighbor laughing, which was no problem for us.

It was very clean, comfortable, and a good central location, but still quiet. We faced the courtyard side so there was no noise. The decor is very Soviet era, much like my partner's grandparents, which we liked. The map they gave us made it easy to find. We would stay here again.

Need better signage outside the building.

The place is hard to find and management should do a better job with a sign outside the huge complex that this hotel is a part of. But once you find them on the 4th floor, my experience was lovely. The night receptionist was terrific and efficient. He even made me breakfast at mid night. Room is huge, beds comfortable and shower is hot. Older hotel but very nice.

- awful noise suspension, we were hearing music, other people talking in the middle of a night - Breakfast is a joke. You pay $7 for breakfast for one person, and you get very unhealthy and cheap food. For $7 in Ukraine, you can get a decent breakfast for that price at some cafeteria or even restaurant (maybe plus $1-2), e.g. sandwich with salmon, avocado and poached egg, and a cup of coffee. On the contrary, here you will get junk food from the local market with x2 price and two tiny panckakes. So, I would not advise anyone to order any breakfasts here. The price and quality are ridiculous - The water is not drinkable even after boiling and is not good for having a shower either. Water is very brownish and seems like the system has no filtration at all. I would not dare to take a bath there - I chose a room with air conditioning, and when checking in, I was told with indifferent air that there is no remote to turn it on. In the end, I paid for it and was fooled. No excuses whatsoever as if it is norma - Also, I chose a room with plasma tv and paid extra for that. In the end, it was a ~30 inches old tv with few channels - in the mornings, it was cold. I could've turned on air conditioning to heat up the room a bit, but there were no remote as I mentioned There were quite some minor issues as well, but I won't highlight it there because the text will be too long.

There is no daily cleaning or supply of toiletries or drinking water.

Very spacious room, bed is comfortable, cupboard is big enough. Location is excellent (at least for my purpose as my office was very close to this)

It was hard to find as there was no hotel sign, just a large wooden door. Even people nearby were unaware of the hotel.

Large rooms. Very clean. Helpful staff, who could speak English. Great value for money.

The acoustics system is poor because I can hear everything and even noise from my neighbors in Room 12 the whole night!
