Water from the faucets (both in the kitchen and in the bathroom) was barely trickling down. It was also cold, so the property expecting us to wash the dishes before leaving is kind of funny. Tip - it heats only if you open water both in the kitchen and in the bathroom at once.

The location is great, it's quiet, peaceful, and close to the Grand Canyon, about 20 minutes by a car. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped and the stove is modern and great to use.

Very nice cabin with a queen bed, a bunk bed, and 3 mattresses on top floor, can sleep 8 people, good for big family, tiny (as their name) but has everything, stove oven refrigerator etc. love it, highly recommended.

Wifi password given wasnt working and check out instructions were sent quite late (it mattered only because we were only staying for 1 night)

The cute little house, the loft, and the sky full of stars! Check in instructions were clear and location guide was easy to follow. No issues with the facilities and all, heater, hot water, microwave, fridge worked well. A tad cramped for our family, but that's because we had 5 adults, a toddler and an infant, and A LOT of luggages. Other than that, we had enjoyed our stay here.

The Wi-fi kept disconnecting. Water pressure was low, especially in the bathroom. Water in bathroom and kitchen kept getting cold shortly after it was turned on and it didn’t get warm again except for the shower.

A clean home that was close to Grand Canyon. The interior was made of wood which made the cabin cozy.

I didnt have roaming on my phone so did not get a welcome text with wifi password. Would have been nice to get the wifi password in the welcome email along with the door code. Limited hot water but understandable given the location.

The water pressure and water temperature in the kitchen was not optimal, doing dishes for 5 people was challenging.

The cabin was very charming, the location very nice, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipped well enough for us to make a meal every night. Warm and cozy on freezing cold nights. See picture of view from window.

At least one of the windows was unlocked. When we retired for the night, I locked the front door but did not check the windows. In the morning the guest staying in the bunk room stated his window had been unlocked when he checked it.

We spent two nights at the property. The first night went relatively smoothly; the property, beds, and kitchen were all clean as described. However, we experienced issues with low water pressure and a very poor, frequently disconnecting internet connection, to the extent that even the TV wouldn't connect. Although the property manager replied to us in a text message, no action was taken. The next night, when we got back after a long day of hiking, with 4 young children, we discovered that there was NO HOT WATER in the showers. Despite reaching out to the property manager twice, we received no response, completely ignoring our crucial issue. Hot water is essential! While the property seems nice if everything functions properly, it's you will encounter an issue, you are on your own.
