The hotel and rooms were clean but the room was very plain. Could have used a fresh paint job and some decorations to give it some character. Not a lot of close options for groceries but the free trolley can get you to one in about 20 minutes.

Excellent location in Mid Beach. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel provided towels, a cooler with ice, beach chair and umbrella which was super convenient. Having a full kitchen in the room was ideal.

The room was large. It had every thing in the unit that you could wish for. Would stay there again. Very close to Miami Beach. Free trolley bus outside the door to catch down to south Beach. had a food mart for a snack. Plenty place to ear near by.

My only suggestion to make the experience better would be for the rooms to have 1 or 2 chairs. The only place to sit in the room was the bed or counter height stools. Not ideal for just relaxing. Not a big issue but something for the hotel to consider. Otherwise we very much enjoyed our stay.

The bed we got is a sofa bed, not a real one. The kitchen is huge and it has all the pots/pans/plates etc, but lack of some of the basic stuff, like tea/coffee, or oil/salt/pepper for cooking. So if you plan to cook, do bring those with you. There is a cvs next door, some restaurants, and lots of hotels. Other than that, there's nothing too much around in mid-beach.

The location of the hotel is pretty good if your main goal is the beach, which is one block away. The hotel also offers voucher (1 per day) for 2 beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Knowing my friends paid $30 a day for those, it's a pretty good deal!

Not a great first impression because it's a little outdated--ac unit is very loud, shower head not adjustable (and the "setting" was too hard for kids), no parking.

Beach access and umbrella/towel service; very comfortable bed. Staff was excellent, went out of their way being helpful.

There is no on-site parking and there is no breakfast or room service. It's a little expensive, but that's normal in that surroundings.

The hotel is very well located, in Miami Beach, close to the beach and parking lots. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Beach!!!!

The Wi-Fi was very unstable in room 509, but it didn't bother us too much because we spent a lot of time outside.

The room was clean, bright and cosy. Because we wanted a comfortable room and after carefully reading all the reviews we chose a superior room which had a comfortable bed. The whole hotel was clean and had very nice staff. We really appreciated the voucher for beach set and towels, it will save us a lot of money.

There was an A/C leak that splatted on the tile floor by the front door but I let the front staff know and put a towel on the floor to avoid a slip hazard

The full kitchen could have been stocked with a few basic items, such as salt, pepper, perhaps a couple coffee packets and snacks such as microwave popcorn - but this certainly wasn't a deal breaker - there's an (expensive) CVS across the street, and a Walgreens a couple blocks west, over the 41st St bridge. The drip coffee maker may need to be replaced - the coffee grounds always spilled into the pot and into our coffee mugs. Also the unit should have some kitchen towels and small dish soap - it felt such a waste to always use the paper towels to wipe our hands (which later we decided to use the hand towel from the bathroom) - again, still not a deal breaker. The TV didn't have good picture quality - not sure if this was due to the TV or bad Direct TV reception - perhaps due to the passing storm?

Great location, just 1 block from the beach, and a block or 2 from the free Miami Trolley buses. I really liked staying in the Middle Beach area, not crazy like South Beach but still near enough to hop on the trolley to check out Sobe. Since we just got off a cruise ship with a lot of dirty clothes, I very much appreciated to have had a washer & dryer in the unit. Having a full kitchen allowed us to save a bit of $ and we mostly ate in - Miami Beach is expensive! The property offered vouchers to get chairs and umbrella to use at the beach, but unfortunately it was cold, rainy & windy the days we were there, so we weren't able to take advantage of this amenity. We also appreciated that they were able to check us in early/noon-ish. Oh - and I loved the soft fluffy towels!

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my family of 5 and my parents. Clean, comfortable. Was great for us and our 3 kids who could sleep on the large sectional sofa that has a trundle bed. Big suite with kitchen, large sofa, large King sized bed, desk and decent sized bathroom, laundry. Our washing machine would not drain so had to use my parents machine to finish a load of laundry. But otherwise no issues with the room. Not too close to restaurants or nightlife but across from the beach! Used Free transit trolleys to get around and was easy to catch from this location.

My toilet cabinet was leaking. About the windows, they have probably not been cleaned for a decade. If you are looking for bars, cafés, etc, not much available on this side, you better go 2-3 km more South

The cleaning service needs to improve. The cleaning lady didn't show up for 3 days.

I spent 12 days in this property with my 82 yo mother. It's very cozy and well located - you have a CVS just across the street. Rooms are big and you have everything you need, a big fridge and a washing machine. Very familiar place.

Our room was on the front of the building abit too noisy for us
