The bed frame was older and creaky which created a lot of noise getting into and out of the bed, however the mattress was comfortable.

Location was quiet and right by a trolley . The breakfast was excellent as well as the surprise cookies each day of our 3 night stay. Owner was very gracious and kind, gave us suggestions for shopping, eating, and activities. We were in the Hummingbird suite, which was very spacious.

They serve REAL Breakfast, they’re the traditional B&B. We had the best time staying there. The location was perfect from main road and to downtown. You can walk or ride a bus downtown.

We decided that at our next visit to choose a room on one level. My husband walks with a cane, so going up and down stairs is a challenge.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we were just as pleased as the first time. We are booking with OJO again for our next get away. The room is clean and cozy. After a day of sightseeing and shopping our room was an inviting oasis

The stay was wonderful. The only critique we had for the whole experience was that we both wished the coffee served with breakfast in the morning could have been stronger for our preference. I did appreciate that multiple coffee options were offered, though!

The breakfast every morning was wonderful, and our hosts took great care of us. Eureka Springs is full of older homes and historic properties, so keep in mind that most homes, like our room, are cooled off by window AC units. I appreciated their accommodating our pet on short notice, and their attention to detail for the dog, too - providing bowls, a bed, and a furniture cover - waws appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful getaway weekend.

Convenient location! Loved that a trolley stop was right outside making it super easy to get around town. Owner was incredibly personable and so very kind. Breakfast was AMAZING!! Our second time visiting and will definitely be returning!! Bed was super comfy also!

Susan was amazing!!!! She basically guided our whole journey. Her suggestions and knowledge of the area and things to do were impeccable. The breakfast was amazing every day. This place is amazing. We sat on our porch every morning with coffee and had prayer time. We saw deer very close up and it was amazing. We rested and were so refreshed. We will definitely be returning.

The drive to Eureka Springs is always enjoyable when you have the time. The location of the 5 Ojo Bed and Breakfast Inn along the trolley route was great. Parking was easy and just outside our door. The room was clean and met our needs very well. The hot tub was just behind the Inn and easy to access. The scenery while in the hot tub was amazing, including a few deer that walked by unfazed by our presence. However, all of that pales in comparison to the wonderful breakfasts that were served during our stay. We were served combinations of food that one would rarely think to serve together and it was amazing each day. This is definitely a go back to spot.

The narrow roads in Eureka Springs. As for the place I stayed at, there was nothing negative about it.

Very comfortable place, great location and outstanding innkeepers@5ojo with excellent hospitality. The breakfast was amazing. My girlfriend wants to go back to the hummingbird suite for a week stay. .I met Tom and talked with Susan and both are really great people. They care about there tenants that rent out their places. Great people!

the bed in our unit was way too soft. my husband ended up sleeping upright on the couch both nights due to back problems.

We hated to pester for ice and water. Maybe there could be a way to get ice and bottled water in the kitchen or parlor? The innkeeper had ice and water at our door in minutes, but we felt a pang over interrupting...
