Air conditioner, it doesn't have a remote control, specially at night is very inconvenient. The sheets had a lot of stains. The pillows were uncomfortable.

- Limited access to the microwave - Low quality gym. Extremely poor. It’s better to get rid of it than to renovate. - Breakfast availability. We chose this place because of its close proximity to Universal Studios Park. We liked everything and would definitely recommend it. The only disappointing thing was that our room was right next to the stairs, so it was loud at night. It’s more about people who don’t care about others’ rest, but in the end, it affects the overall experience. There are two ladies serving breakfast, so be aware and count your change. They often make mistakes with change and do not provide receipts, so it’s best to be cautious.

Drawers would not stay closed. Annoying! Floor was dirty, as my socks showed the dirt. Brand new socks I might add!

Perfect location for visiting theme parks, food at the restaurant was amazing, nice having coffee shop on site as well

Everything else seemed clean but the rug definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Few times I forgot flip flops or socks I noticed the bottoms of my feet were dirty. This wouldn’t stop me from coming back though as the rest of the place was very clean.

Same things as before great location, close to everything, beautiful pool. The beds were comfy and the room looked updated compared to our first room.

The thickness of the walls - other guest in neighbor room was watching TV and I heard every single word. I assume if there were any group of noisy people my stay could become a nightmare. There is a door between rooms - not sure why.

Everything was good for this day!

I’m gonna have two reviews for this as it was two different times. First the location is perfect like 6 minutes from international drive and 7 minutes to the parking garage at universal. This time the room was clean but you could tell it was a bit dated which wasn’t really a bad thing. Clean comfy beds I slept like a rock. This day we just hung at the pool, there’s a walk in pool which is nice vs having stairs and plenty of places to lay in the sun. There was an outdoor shower too and a jacuzzi although I didn’t user them but nice to have. Workers were very helpful checking in and out

Nothing it was exactly as advertised and maybe a little more :)

The staff was super friendly and overly accommodating - allowed us to park there and store our bags inside their facility while we went to the park early on the day we were to check in and offered to keep our bags for us and let us stay parked in their lot while we went to the park on the day we checked out. Could easily have charged more for those services but did not.

I don't like doors that open to the parking lot. This is not a thing that can be changed and for that style of building this was excellent.

rooms were clean and fresh. Best stay in a place where the doors open to the outside ever! Polite and quick checkin and out, very nice experience.
