Do you want to visit the Canyon for a few days and want a really nice place nearby for cooking, stargazing and enjoying some qualitytime? This is the one. You might pay a little more than for other motels/hotels, but you get rewarded with a house with all the equipment you need to feel comfortable with.

Stay in summer, and just don't rely on anything from the property manager.

Our group of 6 stayed in January during cold weather. No running water for a couple hours on the first morning. No water at all on the second morning of check-out. Emailed, messaged and called the GC Tiny Home rental company multiple times but couldn't get in touch. Had to leave the house looking to use public facilities somewhere (like homeless people). Not necessarily holding them responsible for the lack of water, but they could have pretended to care and called me back to attempt to resolve. You will also be bombarded with information in the lead up - directions, wifi password, check in/out times. Pity communication only works one way. Only other issues were some minor housekeeping ones: hair on the sheets, no top sheets on the loft beds, no paper towels as described (and when I requested, no response). Poor wifi, and almost nil phone reception. The tiny house itself was comfortable except for the above points. Unfortunately it's being managed very poorly and for that reason I would not stay again.

Cosy little house situated close to the Grand Canyon. Good facilities with almost everything we needed for our two night stay.
