I wanted to extend my stay by one day, and when I enquired I was told that I could do so through the booking.com website. However there seems to be only an option to change one’s dates rather than extend them, and I didn’t want to book a separate night with a separate (extremely high) cleaning fee, so I ended up going elsewhere for the extra night.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent, with easy access to multiple shops and restaurants in Coolidge Corner. The property was extremely clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. The instructions for gaining access were clear, and I appreciated the light and bright apartment with its nicely appointed bathroom.

I don't like that I would have had to pay extra for mid-stay cleaning and new towels. Room service (cleaning of the bathroom and replacing towels) was not included after the initial cleaning and prepping of your room. So if staying for more than 3 or 4 days I would imagine you may want to get the toilet cleaned or would want new towels but that's only offered at an extra $50.

The room is very clean and setup just like hotel room with the bed made up, bathroom cleaned out with mini shampoos and conditioner available, empty trashcans ready to be used, clean towels setup neatly in the bathroom, TV ready to be watched with apps like Netflix and prime. It was a very comfortable stay for one or two people. In this case it was just me. I also was able to use the coffee maker and they had coffee mugs available which I cleaned out a little extra before using even though they looked perfectly clean. I also had complete control of the ac/heat and even the bathroom has an extra heating feature. You can be as warm or as cool as you like. This was my first time traveling to Boston and if I came back I would definitely use Maverick Suites again. This was perfect for a little vacation. I stayed 4.5 days. Even my friend who I was visiting in Boston saw my little setup and thought it was great!

this property is located in a very handy location, close to train and other facilities. Super markets and restaurant is available at walking distance.

it was not clean but the stuff try to solve the problems in the room. not so cosy and it was nice if when you arrive some person wil welcome you. it feel not secur to do checkin alone.

there is no parking , we would have had to pay 30 a night or park really far. we used another service to secure paid parking, the fridge does not close , you have to slam the door shut, we found a water bug aka roach crawling in the bathroom. we would have had to pay to get fresh towels.

Needs some maint: cracks in walls, scuff marks on walls, bed frame creaks, shower head leaks, shower door handles loose, toilet seat loose, towel rods bent. No comfortable chairs.

Location is great near Coolidge Corner. Room is sparse but adequate. Good heat and hot water. TV and small refrigerator were good.

Overall horrible the noise and the parties were every night. It is a millennium college hook up full of pot heads and the smell of cannabis was repugnant Horrible people

we were there 5 nights. no towel/bedding changes were included in our stay. so I paid $25 for a towel/bedding refresh 1/2 way through. we got back from a busy day of fun to find our towels in a pile where we left them. I called but they couldn’t come out and help us at that time. so I spent the next two hours doing laundry. it was a major disappointment.
