2 broken lamps, ice machine broken, electrical outlets are either used or hidden behind furniture or beds, hard to charge a cell phone. Mold on fridge door seal, someones hair left in the shower drain and on the tub rail. Chairs old and have torn upholstery. Only two flat pillows per bed.

Advertise continental breakfast, but there was nothing offered, checked several times both mornings. Out of order sign on ice machine, out of order soda machine, snack machine was completely empty except for one row with a few packets of salted peanuts. Water for sale and ice available at front desk according to signs, but no one was at desk.

Rented 2 rooms, first was good, but mold in room 111's bathroom, should have never been rented out n that condition. Also, cheap shampoo packets instead of little bottles, they were very hard to open with wet hands.

The only problem was that the website, as well as the in-room guides all state that the Abby Inn has a Continental breakfast. It doesn't. There was a Keurig style coffee maker in the room, as well as two packets of ground coffee, which helped. But still required that either you carry your own breakfast with you, or go out to eat.

Location is excellent, staff was very helpful, room was very large and comfortable, especially considering the cost!

So many things to identify - entire property gave appearance of a "rent by the hour" hotel. Extremely run down in every aspect. Staff was very reluctant to provide a check out sheet - had to call for permission to do so.

Not a heck of a lot - entire property was extremely run down. Trash left in very obvious public areas, wall paper ripped and torn, peeling from seams on the wall, bathroom ceiling - open to floor above.

The beds had stains staff was never at front desk when you needed something for the price I paid there should've been a mini fridge in the room.. the beds felt like rocks to sleep on it was the worst stay of my life

The website said they offered breakfast. They did not. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Window shade was broken and would not close. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. Toilet wasn’t secured to the floor and wobbled every time you sat down. Person at front desk kept saying it wasn’t his fault. Vending machines were out of order. It’s a very tired property, badly needing repairs and attention.
