The Internet was horrible. It kept cutting in and out, and I couldn’t use my phone for a great portion of the time I was there. to be fair I’m not sure how much of this is in the hotels control but it was very inconvenient

The location, the staff were friendly, and it’s a beautiful hotel. It’s very clean and very well taken care of and the rooms are modern with a very modern lobby. An open feel and it’s classy and in a great area. The staff go above and beyond to help you and provide great customer service.

We didn’t see the sign for the breakfast and the lady just made us up a ticket and it was $27!! We had no idea it was extra since we missed the sign that was out. Perhaps you could figure out another way to make sure your guests know prices of menu and ways to pay.

The front desk clerk could have been a little clearer at check-in. She had a heavy accent when asked, or I said I did not quite understand she looked or acted somewhat offended. I asked nicely, friendly, and explained I needed her to repeat it. In addition, she was speaking low. The guest above our room was loud throughout the night. Profanity appears to be fighting and arguing. Which was a misfortune because it is an excellent hotel. I like morning breakfast, but at a sleepless night , their menu was not too inticing to make me want to leave the room. We checked out at 12:00 pm and made breakfast at home.

HORRIBLE WiFi. My phone was blank for much of my stay which was frustrating! This is not the staffs fault but this needs to be addressed Air conditioner is LOUD. Wow! Walls are super thin. I could hear conversations. Thankfully I got to my room late enough that my neighbors weren’t up much longer Not a wide variety of food options but there are restaurants nearby if you have a car

It was gorgeous and very clean. Great conveniently located hotel. Staff were amazing! Charles and his partner were outgoing and friendly and went above and beyond for our personal satisfaction! I would definitely stay here again

The shower pressure was non existent. The air conditioning was noisy and struggled to maintain a steady cool temperature at night. The walls seemed thin. You can hear movements, tv and curtains drawing in the next rooms.

Expensive breakfast. Someone in room above us had a child running across the floor at 4am and again at 6am. Kept waking us up. Would suggest not booking rooms directly above other guests if possible.

Front desk staff greeted us after several minutes of waiting with a mouthful of food! First room was probably one of the worst that I’ve ever had- 2nd floor and window was right on top of roof! Asked to change rooms and 2nd was better. Walls and windows are very thin - can hear highway all night. Staff cleaning rooms were so loud - talking and laughing - zero coutesy to guests.

Liked that the hotel was new and that it was located nesr our family.
