The only issue that I could find to report about was the lack of parking for the hotel. Since there are other hotels in the area parking was at a premium.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and well appointed. The lobby was pleasant, everyone was engaging and met you with a smile. It was a pleasure to stay there

The room was very modern. It had a nice table and one chair to sit at. The bathroom door didn't shut completely. It was a sliding door so there was about a one inch gap around the entire door, so if you want privacy using the restroom you will not find it in this room. I've seen and have sliding doors but never ones that had a gap where my hand would fit around the door. The pool was also freezing cold.

It was very close (2 blocks) to the Dallas Cowboys training facility. If it was a nice day you could walk to the facility. We went to the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars games and it is about a 30 minute drive to both arenas. The free breakfast tasted good. We had made to order pancakes and eggs.

Great walking location to everywhere we needed. Loved the minimalist of the king hotel room. The floors and rain shower were the best. I would love to have the bed and headboard in my house. What a great lobby for drinks and music

We moved to this hotel because are AirBnB in Allen flooded and the owners of AirBnB did not address the flooding in 24 hours. Marriot was great, it was a hot summer day but the hotel was cool, clean, and relaxing place for me to visit my friends from Michigan! And Marriot found 3 rooms on the same floor...

I would have liked a larger room but didn't see any other options available? Certainly not a deal breaker but when we travel for cheer, we often end up with lots of visitors from the teams.

We were here for a Cheer competition @ the Star Frisco & it was a nice walk to that venue & near by restaurants. The hotel is beautiful & the staff were all very kind & helpful. When I checked in, Razi put me on the 4th floor but when I asked if he could put our friends nearby or at least on the same floor, he was happy to search for other rooms so our girls could be close by. We ended up on the 6th floor. We never ate at the hotel due to the schedule we had to keep but we did order from the Starbucks inside the hotel which was handy! I used the valet service & when there were no carts for me, Eric & Corey were quick to help me carry things up to our room! Also, check out is @ 11am BUT my daughter wouldn't be done with competition until around 4pm. They brought my car for me to load & then re-parked it so I didn't have to look for somewhere else @ no additional charge.

The bell boy, he didn’t off any help until after we had our luggage loaded when we were leaving, and he saw me get a cart and watched me roll it by! He missed out on a good tip!!

The breakfast was amazing, but it took a while to find it, very confusing!! It was great tho!!!! The room was beautiful, and they were very quick to bring us more towels!!
