Wasn’t to much to complain about? Maybe the carpenter bees, but they were just doing what they do!!!

Needs a good deep clean can see a lot of dust & spider webs just looking up, bed frame got our knees a couple times be careful, all the furniture needs to be updated really, & to get a new shower head & liner, it was difficult to get tv to work

Close to everything, the cabin is cozy, bed is comfy, hot tub is the best, i would stay again

There were 3 adults which meant we had to utilise the sofa bed in the lounge. It was not comfortable due to a very thin mattress so we converted it back to the sofa and slept on it like that. Bearing in mind it caters for 4, I'm glad there were not 4 adults in our group.

The lodge is great and had some nice touches such as the pool table , games machine, hot tub and whirlpool bath.

This cabin is amazing. I didn't want to leave! It's huge! I had been travelling a lot before arriving so was perfect having a soak in the hot tub and relaxing with the cozy fire on. The bed was really comfy, plenty towels etc. Only couple of mins drive from main strip in pigeon forge. perfect location, so peaceful. I will defo be back. Thank You 😍

I was under the impression that I would be able to access the internet through the TV to use/see Netflix but I guess the internet was for your personal devices

Neighbors were pretty loud at 12-1am but that isn’t something the property owner can help🤷🏻‍♀️ buttons on the hot tub and AC was a little finicky but still worked fine. Honestly everything was great

Very beautiful and great location. This is the ideal place to stay when going to Pigeon Forge and I’m so glad that we found this absolute gem for our yearly vacation!

The day we checked out I noticed when I got home that night I left my Vera Bradley make up bag full of make up $400.00 worth hanging behind door in bathroom and Vera Bradley blanket on couch, that they say they never found. Kinda disappointed it was never located! Checked out on a Thursday and was finally contacted today (Monday) don’t know what took so long.

Some of the furniture is getting tired.

The property is located close to the "strip" in Pigeon Forge. You will need a car to get around. The property fits the bill if you are looking for a "cabin in the mountains" atmosphere. We found it to be quiet and relaxing. The only thing I will say is some of the furniture is getting tired. The chair in the bedroom has to go. I would stay here again.

I didn't like how my service/ phone was spotty. It was just hard to make calls or anything even being hooked to the wifi

I liked the pool table, the arcade machine, and how close it was to everything! Also the jetted tub!!

The cabin was the perfect size for us and the location was very close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge. The property was in excellent shape and was so much more than we could have expected.

I loved that it was exactly as pictured & as described. Everything that I needed kitchen wise was there, can opener, hand towel, pot holder... and so on. The beds & pillows were very comfy. It was secluded, yet close enough to town.

shower head needs replaced, which effected the water pressure. The shower curtain liner had allot of mildew, which is an easy fix so I’m surprised it was so nasty?

Honestly just that the pillows were a little flat. Other than that everything was amazing.

Everything was phenomenal! This cabin was so cozy and perfect for our honeymoon getaway. The fireplace and hot tub were some of our favorite features. The cabin is just beautiful. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

The cabin was dusty. Bedframe, furniture, bathroom walls and curtains were really really dusty. Kitchen cabinets were falling off. Pull out is definitely old/torn and mattress was really uncomfortable. Hair on the rug like its hardly ever vacuumed or cleaned.

Location was perfect. Cabin was beautiful. View was amazing. Hot tub was nice and clean. Appliances were new.

They lied 3x and said they'd moved us to the biggest apartment. I checked. Compared to what we booked, we lost half of our square footage. We ended up with no living room. So, sit at the kitchen table or go to bed. Window air conditioners blowing on you all day and night. The neighborhood was sketchy at best and tents with people living on the street a block away.

Nice kitchen, nice bathroom. Staff helped us move belongings into our room, which was good because they moved our booking to the Treehouse, up 2 flights of stairs.

filthy- bedding had to be washed upon arrival.. took pics of soiled bedding. very dusty in every room (pic also taken) I became ill as I have allergies, appliances sticky and dirty, shower curtain liner has mold/mildew, rugs chewed up, window doesn’t lock, blinds don’t close in living room for privacy…
