A cozy tiny home. About 30 minutes drive from Grand Canyon National Park. Love how the host has coffee maker & capsules ready. We can also watch Netflix & Youtube in the crib

The road to the accommodation is a bit rough and bumpy. Tricky to find out the door code at last minute as couldn't access WiFi on the road, so would be helpful to provide code to guests earlier if possible..

It was not so clean when we arrived. It would be great if it had some shade outside the house to sit at sunset.

Location was very convenient to access the Grand Canyon. The house had two bedroom and two bathroom so it could lodge 4 people but it was tight so don't take it if you want to spend a lot of time at home. This was perfect for our plans to be outdoor, visiting Grand Canyon. It had a small fridge and a coffee machine, which was convenient. For this price we were not able to find anything better, I am really happy how it turned out.

Our stay was great but when we contacted the hosts multiple times with questions, we didn't hear back. The communication could be better with us.

The location was great and it was easy to get to thanks to directions shared. The cozy home was comfortable for 4 adults

It was clean and tidy. All you need to spend a night before going on with your trip!

Bathroom fan was so loud it woke up our guests. Only one TV in bedroom. Dusty road to facilities and very hard to find in the dark.Shower was too small for a big man, could not even turn around.

If driving to the Grand Canyon it's location is perfect for an overnight stay without the high Canyon prices.

I just loved this place! simple and clean and only half an hour from the Grand Canyon! checkin is super simple as you get the room code by text message. the heating was on to make sure the place is warm enough for us. the shower was perfect, with hand-held shower head, which I love, great water pressure and super hot water. the quality of the shower gel was better than most high end hotels :) the internet was also better than expected, since it's not guaranteed that it works all the time, but it was good enough to do some research for the rest of our trip.

It wasn’t a tiny home! It was 2 very tiny beds! More like a camper trailer bed. No common area for our family. We just sat on our beds. The single TV rarely worked due to no internet connection. The mile long dirt road to the property has not been maintained and it was full of holes and mud! This property needs a lot of work!

It wasn’t terribly expensive.

Breakfast was what we brought with us. Calling the contact number went right to voice mail and no one ever responded. Thankfully a helpful person staying there helped me connect to WIFI

The shower was a little small, like in those cruise ships, but no deal breaker.

The location was excellent for the Grand Canyon. The beds were comfortable, and it was just what I needed for my stay (Hot shower and comfy bed). Host John S., outstanding in helping as much as he could about nearby points of interest and was always reaching out to make sure things were running smoothly.

Everything was great!

Everything was great from the moment we walked in. The road was bit bumpy but that has nothing to do with the great comfortable trailer we stayed at. The rooms have the basics and even coffee creamers.
