The location. A lot of people who are walking the streets looking like they were on drug.

The lights above the bed did not work, the batteries where dead. When we called the desk the woman said she would bring some. After quite some time we had to get them ourselves as she was busy having dinner with someone.

The property and room where clean, the bed comfortable. The pillows where comfortable.

We stayed here twice, right after a late flight and before an early one. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Only downside was a fair amount of noise from the road, but you really can't beat the price of this place.

The gate around the property looks a bit uninviting.

Good location, a short ride to the Old Town and the Airport. Direct environment is maybe not the best, but there are shops nearby. Very friendly staff, flexible with check in time. The property is not luxurious, but the beds are comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

It is by the free way so you will want to play sleep sounds if that bugs you. The beds are comfortable, but are on metal frames rather than box springs so they squeak when you get into bed. The main issue was no free outlets for charging.we had to unplug the microwave to charge our phone and iPad.

It was reasonably priced and a good value. It is located to the east of town so it was easy to take off in the morning on the 1-40.

The location was a bit rough, mainly due to the homeless and the traffic noise, however it didn't affect our overnight stay. We kept everything locked and were cautious as all should be.

Lolita was such a sweetheart at the time of check in. I loved her attitude and willingness to accommodate rooms for my special needs son.

Parking lot had some temp fence up, when i went around back i expected to be able to circle the building but couldn’t so had to back up to turn around and go find a stall we already passed

The area was sketchy

The people that managed it were amazing and even took pictures of our dogs. We loved the hotel. It was comfortable.

I had the feeling that the surroundings behind the motel were just a little seedy. Anywhere you walked around the motel, there was a draft of cigarette smoke, so maybe the motel should confine smoking to one particular spot? And finally, I prefer carpeted rooms, but the floors were wooden.

The room was clean and comfortable enough--especially the bed. Lolita at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. Denny's is next door, so that was convenient. There was also a Starbucks across the street, and one block away was a Walmart.

Security lock didn't work. Pet area is about 20' square and tucked in a far corner of the parking lot. You can only enter the property from northbound San Mateo Dr. If you're coming from the north you have to go over the freeway and make a u-turn.

The bedding, towels, and room in general were a little dirtier than I anticipated, but my partner didn't have any issues, so maybe that's more of a personal preference. There was also quite a bit of road noise, so maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

The inn was easy to get to, checking in and checking out was quick and straightforward, and the room was cozy. I thought it was really sweet that housekeeping left chocolates in our room for my partner and I--that personal touch was nice. The bed was also super comfy, and I had a great night's sleep.

Our first night the room above us was very loud walking around because the floor creaks above the ground floor rooms. The location was honestly difficult to get to the room as it has a single entrance and exit that was placed in a tough spot traffic wise.

Room was very spacious as was the bathroom. Our bed was probably one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in on a vacation.
