We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe sink drain in the room had a very foul odor coming from it every time it was used. The trap may be getting clogged, and producing this smell is my guess since drains have P-traps to prevent smells from further in the system coming back out. The toilet took 3 flushes for every use to get the waste down the pipe. This is both aggravating and bad for the environment, wasteful. At check-in, there was very little information provided by the clerk, I had to ask about the facilities, and how breakfast was done.
Clean and well appointed room with just the right amount of tech connections. The WIFI was very good. The breakfast was delicious, and a little lackluster for the type of hotel. Being a Bonvoy member I expected a little more here, because ordering at the front desk then waiting for the order was a little out of balance. The front desk has more to do in the morning hours that is value added than to take breakfast orders. The hotel bar was well stocked and the bartender, Cody, stayed busy but made sure to make conversation and kept the glasses full.

United States of AmericaAfter staying 10 days with two rooms I was told by Marriott that no rewards would be given due to the fact that I was giving a echannel rate to which I was not aware. In addition, when I checked in, I gave my rewards number to which I confirmed points would be rewarded. To only get turned down by Marriott even though I am an abassador Titanium Elite level member.

United States of AmericaInformation about the breakfast, pool and other options were not offered or described in detail on the TV or in any litereature--none in the room. The parking situation on the 5th level was less than conventient, and difficult to figure out, but did provide adequate space. I received a $45.00 charge for the only service I did receive, a chicken stir fry dinner meal and a pepsi delivered to my room. The food was good, but the price, not so much. There is a personal fridge in the room, but no microwave, which would have bee helpful also.
I never heard anything about a breakjfast option, nor did I see one. I did enjoy the room, bed, bath and view from the 15th floor.

United States of AmericaThe toilets down stairs and our room didn’t flush very well at all. Windows were pretty dirty and had something weird looking on the outside window sill. Also it was very weird placement to have the mini fridge underneath the bathroom sink.. I’m glad we had a cooler for our stuff to stay cold. Lastly the coffee machine in the lobby was leaking.
The property is unique and very stylish for a nice modern look with a bar and nice seating/ playing area. (pool table and games)

United States of AmericaThe parking garage only has an elevator on the fourth level our room was on the ninth floor and the lobby is on ground level we had to make several trips up and down in the elevator to be able to access our things from our vehicle the hotel was also under a slight renovation and accessing the stairs to the parking garage wasn’t pretty but it was accessible
Although parking isn’t free, we were able to leave our vehicle in the parking garage and walk to the local restaurants and the convention that we were in town for. The staff was very accommodating as we had to stay an extra night for unforeseen medical reasons. When we had an issue with her key cards, the front desk and maintenance very nice and helped us find the issue quickly and resolve the matter.
