Everything. Tv didn't work. Phone wire was slashed so no phone in room. A/c wasn't cold. Pool was closed.

Nothing, the only good thing was it was close to BSA hospital.

It smelled like smoke. The walls were cracked and door’s damaged. No towels to dry off or dry hands. Didn’t feel safe

The room smelt bad when coming in at beginning had to buy candles, the ceiling had huge water stains and peeling paint, the carpet was stained with spots. We had to have the keys redone 2 times while there and would not let my husband get them I had to go with my ID becuz it was booked in my name which I didn't mind but was a pain when I wasn't feeling well. We were there for a week and the room was never cleaned or towels replaced. I asked twice to have room cleaned and never done. I went and requested towels and sheets and did it myself.

The location was good for us. And the price was great for the week we were there.

Tons of gnats on the curtains. Ice machines didn’t work. No freezer in mini fridge. Room was a bit rundown. Breakfast ended at 9 on a weekend. We just missed it and everything was shut down.

It was overall quiet for the location. Staff were attentive.

Room had issues that need to be addressed ceiling in bathroom was falling in corner above shower and walls had cracks fan didn't work also. Carpet was dirty, bedroom door was broken, bathroom door hard to close and lock checked out 2 days early and wasn't refunded the difference plus a few other things. But I just decided to deal with it since I was at hospital with my father all day until he passed away.

It was closest to the hospital price was good unfortinatly had to leave 2 days earlier due to death of father at hospital. Staff was good had issues with first room so they moved me to another room. Just needed a place to sleep and get to hospital across the street. Lobby was clean but is total day and night difference of what you expect room to be.

The shower area had damage to the wall and peeling paint. The lock to the door for extra security was hard to use like it didn’t line up properly.

The rooms have huge carpet patches now very well done the shower does not stay hot. Staff is not very friendly in earth. Everything was run down.

The bathroom was filthy from ceiling to floor. It was just pure filth. The remote control was disgusting

the section our room was at was under construction, floors were bare, there was screws laying around, ice machine was making tons of noise. “heated pool “ was not very heated. the breakfast was not very good and they closed it down early.

I’m not sure I have anything good to say.

The staff said the place was being renovated, but we had 5 rooms all of which were in disrepair m. Room 213 was dirty, carpet was stained, the main doors to three of the rooms didn’t close, dint lock; in 213, the bathroom was dirty, the back of the door looked like it had been wet numerous times and the bottom was torn off, there was long hair in the tub, the refrigerator was dirty and loud. And there was cigarette burns in the bedspread. My son gave up his room to his mother in law cause theirs smell strong of smoke. They in turn went to another location and didn’t tell me.

The lady that handled the breakfast was very nice, restocking and cleaning up after a very destructive family left the breakfast area a mess.

Stayed for 11 days and housekeepers came by once. Bath drain didn't. Took 4 days for maintenance to show up. Room amenities not found ie fridge, blow dryer.

the room I stayed in had tissue shoved in the peep hole of the door, a big crack all the way down the wall, chipped outlets, open wiring from a missing light

The breakfast was subpar for the price, the room wasn’t super clean—the mirror hadn’t been washed and the fridge smelled bad. The bed was ok, on the hard side. Not terrible, but I’ve experienced much better for the same price.

It has a pool and isn’t too expensive
