The stairs were fine for us, but could be difficult for some to carry luggage up and down.

Very neat and clean! Spacious! Close to the beach. Loved the screened in porch. The bed was super comfortable! Had plenty of water of coffee provided as well as a treat basket. When I mentioned to Shelly that we were celebrating our 30th anniversary while we were there, she surprised us with a celebratory bottle of wine with an incredibly sweet personalized note! ❤️

While it didn't bother us, the condo is on the third floor which might be an issue for some guests. That being said, it was quiet because no one was walking above us. I would have appreciated better handrails.

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk from the beach and also from a great hiking trail. The local town was a short drive away and there were many restaurants within walking distance. There was a very large porch overlooking the rear garden. It was well covered and screened in. So even though it poured one day, we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy watching the rain. The host was fantastic and responsive to questions. She gave us great, specific directions to find the condo. She also provided a a basket of goodies, coffee, tea etc. She even had a list of local restaurants with her reviews and they were spot on. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a week.

Not really anything. It’s a third floor unit so if stairs are an issue than might be a consideration.

The accommodation was immaculate and in a great location. It was actually larger than we thought from photos. The host communicated well before we arrived explaining details on key code access, directions to the property and also provided some restaurant suggestions. Many useful things for the beach were provided including chairs, shade and chairs.

You may want to get a map to locate the building in the condo. It took me a few minutes to find it.

This is a 2-bedroom apartment in a beautiful condo. It's spacious, nicely appointed and has all the appliances you need. The Amelia Island beach is 6' away by foot. The terrace is very pleasing. There are restaurants within walking distance and many others 10' away by car. The owner is very kind and helpful.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The location is excellent, close to the beach, several restaurants, grocery stores and more. The downtown area is around 8 minutes away. The host added some wonderful "small touches" like mints on the pillows and bottled water in the fridge. We would have liked to stay longer!

The only downside and it's just me, condo was on the 3rd floor and lots of stairs! However, I did like being high up!

One of the best places I've stayed on the island. Beautiful property & condo. Spacious, well equipped, super clean. Communication was impeccable! I'd highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The showers were hard to get the water started. Also, for older people the steps were hard to climb with luggage.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Also there were lots of extras, such as snacks, water and coffee, etc. Very good location for walking to beach and some restaurants. It was very quiet and relaxing. Great value. Shelly was so helpful with information and questions.

There are three flights of stairs so it’s difficult if you are carrying a lot of stuff. The decorations are a bit dated. How to get from the condo to the beach is not intuitive. It’s not well marked. We had to ask to two or three other residents to understand. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach.

The host leaves snacks, wine, and water in the fridge. The host leaves great recommendations for restaurants. Everything is well marked in the house. The balcony is beautiful!

The AC was hardly working for 1, it was never lower than 77 in the apartment which made it extremely difficult to sleep. They were aware of the problem before our arrival and didn't move us to a different location. The AC repair person came without warning but we were happy to see them, so our last day was far better than the 1st 2. However, they didn't expect them to come until we had left according to the manager. Not to nit pick, most things were clean, but there were several locations that had a lot of dust such as the light fixtures and the bed headboards, top of lamps etc and my 10 month old was sneezing from that... Also the condo was on the 3rd floor and I didn't recall seeing a specification that it was. And lastly, the twin beds where extremely uncomfortable. My husband choose to sleep on the floor with pillows if that says anything.

The pool was nice, very quick 1min drive to the beach with free parking. Putt- putt golf and restaurants galore near by but they all close early. I liked that there was a washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms. The queen size bed was moderately comfortable. The decor and couches and all where nice and the way they had the porch set up was great. Didn't hear any neighbors on the top floor but I have no idea if my kids stomping around affected the floor below us.

3 flights of stairs a bit of a work out, but honestly i basically enjoyed the exercise.

Very private yet very close to everything, I like the “gated community” feeling with such great beach and attraction access by foot. I also loved the pool, it is very rare to find a pool actually large enough to swim complete laps in. It was clean and close and relaxing!
