Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Friendly atmosphere from the moment we stepped through the door. Brian snd his wife work so hard with a great support of a good team and could not do enough for us and were extremely friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable room and lovely continental breakfast and drinks evenings. Great to meet other guests. Great location to walk to restaurants and cultural activities.

United States of AmericaWhat a wonderful find. Stephanie and Brian were amazingly gracious and accommodating. I had a party of 10 people in five rooms, and my group was an eclectic band of characters. American Legion Post 390 Wellington, FL decided to spend a long weekend in St. Pete's; The Inn On Third was the cherry on top of our stay. From breakfast to the evening social, our group enjoyed themselves. We received recommendations on the "Loop" trolley, The Pier, The Dali Museum, The Library, Cider Press Vegan GastroPub, and the delicious Gratzzi Italian Grille. The best part of our trip was meeting return visitors who regaled us of stories of their past adventures. If ever traveling through St. Petersburg, this Inn is a must stay. I will be back. It is great for a group or as a couple. It is close to everything and because of the convenience of local transportation every whim can be satisfied.

United States of AmericaThe room air conditioner (AC) was somewhat noisy at night. It wasn't a big problem for me in this spring season but might be more of a problem during summer heat.
The hotel's free parking lot next door seems secure and is convenient. Rooms are small but adequate and affordable for a visit to an expensive city. Neighborhood seems relatively safe. The couple that manages it are great. They close the front desk after 9pm but are super clear about repeatedly telling you that.

United States of AmericaIt would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. We were told there was a microwave for all to use on the 2nd floor, but since we were on the first floor it wasn't convenient for us to use it.
The location is excellent--within a few blocks one can reach Pete's Pier, museums, trolley stop, etc. The owners were super helpful and friendly. There's a happy hour with a free drink--though we were always out eating dinner at that time. The breakfast was also great--hard boiled eggs, cereals, breads, sweets, fruit, etc. The room was small, but was comfortable and adequate for our needs. The room had a refrigerator with a freezer. It had lots of drawer space, and a large closet in which we could store our luggage as well as our hanging clothes. We also liked that there was a free trolley trolley for the downtown area that we could access.

United States of AmericaNot a thing springs to mind. They have put so much detail in to the hotel there's not much that can be improved. Kudos to the owners for keeping the lovely character of the hotel.
Small, family run establishment. Parking directly adjacent to the hotel with designated spaces and above all, it's free! That is not something one sees in "downtown" hotels very often. Rooms more than adequate size wise, clean and comfortable. An absolutely more than adequate Continental Breakfast with cereals, toast, boiled eggs, etc! Definitely enough to get your day started well. Coffee and tea available all day. An evening "Happy Hour" with a pleasant beer or glass of wine "on the house" to either top off a fun day in town or prepare for an evening out! Within easily walkable distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. Both Brian and Stephanie excellent hosts, very personable and multi lingual. Both they and their small staff are friendly, outgoing and hard working. One almost feels part of the family while staying. Not much more you can ask for in our opinion. And finally, if there are any British Leeds United fans planning on staying, you may definitely get the extra special treatment from Brian!!!!:-)
