No television was a big drawback

First, the door wouldn't close unless you slammed it or hip checked it and the deadbolt didn't work and it lacked any other lock. They lacked hot water, it was luke warm at best. Also had issues with the lighting or lack of.

The mattress and pillows were nice, new even. And everything was clean.

Room smelled like cigarettes, there a hole behind the restroom door, trash can was not emptied out. Also one of the two keys were not working.

Could have a couple more towels. Our room was for four but only had two towels. I didn't ask for more since we were just spending one night.

Mini fridge and microwave were a plus. The first microwave didn't work, but staff replaced it promptly. All essential toiletries included. Clean rooms and quiet area behind school. Although isolated area, the police station around the corner made me feel pretty safe. Overall, it is good value for the money and would stay here again when in the area.

The countertops were not cleaned at all. I cleaned them myself, especially the bathroom counter and mirror, just so my stay was acceptable. Some people would have refused the room. This was the only thing wrong with the room. Please retrain the housekeeping.

The room was nice and comfortable. Very nice customer service from front desk gentleman, he was very helpful.

Counter person told me I paid too much through booking.com, I said the site offered 3 different prices for the same room so I chose the middle one. She said I could have paid about $30 less. The walls in room were filthy, the towels were either badly stained or dirty, there was what felt like sand in my bedsheets.

Quiet hotel, good shower spray, the ac worked well and wasn't noisy, the nearby Mexican restaurant was fantastic.

Water leaking! And room wasn't able to see vehicle! Asked to be changed rooms and was not accommodated!

It was disappointing bathtub leaked was told they would be there in morning to fix nothing! Decided to ask for a refund or late check out since it was 12pm and leave early since the cops were there there was no room to see my vehicle and the shower leaked so bad It gave me a headache he said he would charge me 40 dollars for the late check out and still no credit!

Bed bugs bite us, and I can't close the door, so I have to put chair and one night stand behind the door, so the door was unlock the whole night. Front desk lady said I should have lift up the door and it'll close all the way....

I did not like the location. I did not like that the room had no internet service, no light in the bathroom area, or next to the bed area, the shower did not work, running water in the sink of the bathroom area did not work, people having intercourse in the room above me at 2:30 in the morning which was heard for an extended period of time just added more insult to injury! There were no other rooms available, and I had to pay for this lousy accommodation! I was tired so I had to accept it and deal with it, but I would never return to this hotel.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. The accommodations were terrible. I did not understand how the hotel could allow one of their rooms to be in such bad shape and still book people in it. Horrible!

That was probably the worst motel I've been to in the US. The water only goes cold. The shower didn't work at all (no water) Next time we'd rather sleep in the car than pay 38$ for a hole.

First off, I was informed by the night manager that there was no local TV channels and the TV only works if you have Netflix Account or Hulu...Then, there was no breakfast as advertised, Then the shower wouldn't work correctly, the hot/cold knob just spun around and you had to find the sweetspot where the heat would work, then the shower wouldn't drain correctly/slow so you would be standing ankle deep in water coming up form drain,...nasty. I asked for a different room or discount and was told "no".

The management cancelled our booking prior to our arrival without actually informing us, blaming booking.com. The booking was still active on booking.com. Another customer also had same problem using a different booking agency.
