We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThings didn’t work in the room like the fan for heating and air conditioning. Windows were iced up and couldn’t see out of them. Rooms need to be upgraded very worn out. Can tell know money is put into them. Breakfast was very sad. Items not filled and very few choices. Staff walking around barefoot in their pajamas around the breakfast area.
Location and the town. Staff is friendly.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that there was no pool or hot tub. I was at this hotel over a year ago and there was no running pool then. They state on their website that they have a pool and hot tub; however, it has not been working for over a year. Why are they able to false advertise repeatedly? Especially, on the Booking.com app?

United States of AmericaWe booked the hotel specifically because it had a pool and hot tub which we were looking forward to using after exploring all day, however when we arrived we saw they were both out of commission. The owner said they would be down during our entire stay and they looked like they had been down for awhile as the water in the hot tub looked green. We were not offered any refund or anything to compensate (we booked online and prepaid). The hotel itself was warm when we arrived as it was very hot outside and they did not have the ac on and the windows were open. Our room was extremely hot and the ac did not cool it down to a comfortable level until the next morning, the owner did give us a box fan to use but it did not offer much relief.
The lady that runs it (I believe the owner) was super nice, she offered us a fan to help keep us cool. There was a continental breakfast included. The room was fairly decent size.

United States of AmericaNo bath towels in room which I didn’t discover until I was ready to step into the shower. Had to dress and go to the front desk and dial “0” on the house phone to request bath towels. Also, the outside doors were not secured. The room key was not needed to enter. Also I was overcharged by $5 when they ran my credit card. No idea why that was.
It was quiet and the beds were nice and firm and we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was fine.

United States of AmericaNot being racist!!! ,but the place smelled strongly of curry, and it was obvious that the owner, spouse, and two kids lived there. The free breakfast was pretty sparse and the coffee pot sight glass looked like it needed a cleaning and the coffee was really dark and strong. The flaps on the containers where the cereal was dispensed seemed dirty too. We went to the gas station next door to get our breakfast food and fresh coffee. In our room the main, door deadbolt was misaligned and would not lock, and the ball part of the 2ndary, pivoting, door locking mechanism was missing.
The manager, wife and kids were friendly. It's the only place in town and in the area where I was having a multi-day family outing. My mediocre, middle of the road, expectations for the hotel were met.

United States of AmericaPrice was 147.00 for a suite we paid it because their was suppose to be a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna. And a full breakfast. Which they were all closed. I asked before we paid that the price should be lowered because of not having the amenities that was promised on their site. I even had called their before. She said yes that's what I think. Checking our bank statement she didn't lower the price. I feel betrayed 😔. I wish she wouldn't have lied. We would have gone somewhere else that had what we needed for cheaper. It's a scam to make money.

Carpets in hallway were dirty. We could not see out of the window in our room. Needed to be cleaned from outside I guess or replaced because moisture between panes.
