The breakfast was a joke! Waffles or toast were the only options. The bed was way too hard and the carpet in my room was filthy.

The location was very convenient to everywhere I needed to go. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing on hot days. The staff was very friendly.

The property is run down and could use some deep cleaning and paint in the rooms. There were only 2 outlets in the room and neither was close to the bed making it difficult to plug in my cpap (thankfully it has a long power cord). Couldn't plug in cell phone charger even with a 10 ft cord and have it near me. The bolt lock on the door was entirely missing. The room phone handset cord wouldn't stay in. There was a broken prong stuck in the bathroom sink area outlet... MAJOR shock hazard! There wasn't a drain stopper in the bathroom sink, and it smelled like 20 years worth of nasty hair, soap, toothpaste rotting in the pipe. The window curtains wouldn't close all the way, left a gap. The entire hotel, including the lobby was extremely uncomfortable temperature wise. Didn't feel like the air conditioning worked. The room took nearly 3 hours to cool down to a temperature that was tolerable to sleep in. The front desk clerk acted like he hates his job and didn't try very hard to be pleasant. I've actually had better experiences at Motel 6 which is the ultimate budget motel. So for the price around $100, I expected at least the basics to be decent

Extremely comfortable bed, dog friendly, friendly staff. Perfect for a one night stay while visiting the parks. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The pool was a disgusting algae filled mess- no chlorine they said. Our first guest room was just opposite it and the stench was overwhelming. We of course demanded another room which was better🥺 Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Covid was cited as the reason. They did offer a 25%discount at Denny’s, however. We got 20%- new math I guess. Would not stay there again.

It was frustrating to arrive at the hotel and then be directed by a sign at the desk to leave and check in at another hotel up the street. It was very inconvenient, and I was also concerned about my safety, knowing there were no employees around when I went back.

The bed sheets were filthy. They were inside out and there was a huge stain. It looked like the sheets were just turned inside out and put back on the bed. The nightstand has sticky stuff all over it and the TV remote control was gross. Filthy place. I'll never stay there again.

breakfast was lacking. no variety. poor quality. location was okay. desk clerk wS friendly but gave us rooms on 2 different floors when we requested close together. the room upstairs heating smelled terrible and we had to be moved. bedsheets were stained and dirty. water from faucet in one room came out brown, in other room did not work.

There were places in the room that weren't very clean. Dried soap in the soap holder, smeared wipe marks on the mirror, plugs and outlets dusty and dirty.

This is close to freeway and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Beds were clean and comfortable.

The only place you could sit was the bed due to everything else dirty. Floors were not vacuumed and didn't dare walk around without shoes on your feet. The little couch/sofa sleeper that was in the room was full of crumbs and just dirty. The two chairs that were in there were dirty, and the one arm of the chair was tore up. The little desk was sticky from food or something and had to be washed. The wall behind the desk had either food or blood on it, so put a bag in front of that spot so nothing or no, one touched it. Poo on the wall by the toilet paper and up to the light switch. I washed the most of it off and took the roll of tp off the holder and set on the back of the stool so no one touched it. Bed, you could tell was well used. Had to take the flat sheet off due to a blood spot in it and was not ours. I have stayed in bad motels but this was beyond bad. We drove 17 hours for a funeral to have a place to lay our heads but we had left a day earlier then planned due to a family emergency back home plus we couldn't take the room anymore and the gal at the desk was unpleasant about it. Why be that way? You're getting free money from us from the night stay that we were not there. We would have gone somewhere else, but we were on a budget and couldn't afford too. They allow pets, and people would let their dogs use the walkway to the door by the pool to pee. Dead bugs in the a/c, heater unit in the room, mold on the window sill. We didn't even attempt to eat breakfast. Upon check in the guy at the front desk make the comment to us that the owner was coming and he been scrubbing. Then, he brags to another employee to look at how clean the breakfast area was. She asked how he got the one food box clean, with some chemicals and a scrapper. If it was that dirty, why were they still using it for food? I'm guessing that they don't clean stuff on a regular basis and only did it due to the owner coming. Gross, way to make people sick.

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to find.

The toilet blocked and when we called the front desk we weee told there was no plunger available to unblock toilet. During the night, whilst we were asleep, the toilet kept filling up and then overflowed into the room. Waking up to a room full of sodden carpet is not a good way to start the day.
