We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hallway was filthy; looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week, or shampooed in months. The hardwater stains in the bathtub made it look disgustingly dirty. There was trash still in our trashcans from whomever stayed there previously. The room had been very rapidly, and very poorly, dusted, as you could see EXACTLY where the cleaners had swiped a rag and left half the area uncleaned. There was no entry light, so we had to stumble around in the dark to find the light switches inside the room. The breakfast selection was incredibly limited with practically no protein sources. We didn't see a single staff member...ever. No one at the front desk, no maids, no servicemen, nothing. Very, very disappointing.

United States of AmericaBooking.com showed this property with an indoor pool and hot tub which is why I chose it. The pool and hot tub have been out of order for a long time according to the clerk. Heat did not regulate well. Towels were thin and ratty. Very disappointed in the Super 8 by Wyndham.

United States of AmericaStaff never emptied waste baskets. Only one soap Even tho' we did not suggest they change the sheets, staff was NEVER in the room to refurbish coffee, towels, clean cups. Could not understand the desk clerk when he spoke. Mistake made as to our booking of 3 nights. Was locked out of our room the third day! I had to explain the paperwork to the desk clerk.

United States of AmericaThis is a very cheap hotel and the light fixtures did not have outlet covers on them they were open electrical. Whoever painted the last time painted right over the floor boards onto the tub etc. probably the two worst things were one-there was no bolt on the door just a lock and 2-when you took a shower it would turn really cold or really hot really quick so you had to basically stand away from the shower and get wet at the times it was warm and move out quickly. The best part of that hotel it was only $50

United States of AmericaThe place seemed in a bit of disarray, but they are renovating (replacing carpet), so we did understand. Some of the finishing work in our room was a bit shoddy. For example, we had difficulty opening and closing the bathroom door because the carpet was not level with the bathroom floor.
The gentleman working at the front desk was very nice. I am glad we had a place where our dog could stay with us, because she is part of the family!

I booked the room because they had a pool for my kids after a long drive only to find out it was closed because they stopped working on it. They also could use more outlets our room had the one in the room one in the bathroom.
