You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great. You could make waffles and there was several kind of juices, coffee, hot cocoa and milk. The front desk service was great. There was lots of dining places in that area to choose from.

United States of AmericaNo elevator and I was on the 2nd floor so I only brought in what I needed. Cheap flooring so you could hear everytime guests walked down the hallways. No coffee in room but really not necessary as the lobby was easily accessible and only one night. Could hear the traffic especially early in the morning before dawn since it is by the motorway. I wasnt sure if I felt safe staying there but there was staff on site and cameras in the halls and all was good. Staff not overly friendly but not unfriendly either. Could night find outlets by the desk or desk lighting.
Its definitely a budget hotel but it was clean, recently remodeled, sufficient quick breakfast with boiled eggs, nice bananas, cereal, milk, juices, hot coffee with plain or French vanilla creamer. Their complimentary toiletries were surprisingly especially nice...hemp & lemon, mint & aloe and lavender & tea soap. Good television with plenty of channels.comfy bed and pillows, USB and regular bedside outlets with decent lighting.

United States of AmericaI was not prepared for the large security deposit charge. Nicer hotels do not charge for pets, and don't require a security deposit.
Very clean. Front desk professional and polite. Beds comfortable. They do charge $15 for a pet, then also 150$ security deposit. I wasn't aware of that when I booked. Nice that checkout is 11 not earlier.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was a little dirty. I found a few random hairs on the towels. So I'm glad I brought my own towels. Otherwise the place was clean.
The room was small which made me feel safe, seeing how I was a single female traveling alone. The floors were laminate and the chair was leather, which is good for sterilization. It had a refrigerator and a microwave which is good, because I usually bring my own food.

United States of AmericaReally wished they had a coffee maker in the rooms. Running to McDonald's for morning coffee was inconvenient and they employees were mean to us. Also, our toilet in our room did not work properly. So that was a bit of an inconvenience.
Simple no frills but definitely suited our needs. Staff was very friendly and professional. Beds were clean and very comfortable. I will stay again.
