We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaBathrooms needs to be updated!!!!! The bathroom door did not close all the way. Due to the inside of the lock/ handle nolonger usable. Shower knob fell of while turning on water. Cheap shower curtin and towels seem to be clean but had stains on them.
Room was a nice size with refrigerator and microwave. Walking and driving distance to gas station and eatery. Good distance from prime location of PVAMU. Smelled very clean upon entrance into room.

The bed was uncomfortable. idk if the noise was bc we were by the stairs or just not insulated, but there were loud banging noises most of the night. the lady running the office was very slow, not sure if it was just her or her seeming outdated equipment.

The lobby with check in was closed supposedly because of Covid so we had to stand outside in the cold and wind. And the people at the desk. If soo worried about Covid , didn't wear a mask. The hotel was not up to what was advertised on the website. The staff needs work with being friendly. Too long to check in. It took over 10 minutes to get a receipt.

I go to the room and the maid was still cleaning it out. I go back to the desk to inform the clerk and she gives me a key for another room. I open the door and that room wasn't cleaned up or made up. At that point I told her to cancel my appointment and I moved on
