Everything was nice & quiet & comfortable. The only issue was a power outage (lasted for approx. 10-15 mins), bathtub drained slowly while showering(good thing I wasn’t dirty😉) & a few (2-3) roaches came out. None of that was a major issue to complain about. Overall stay was enjoyed & will do again & request same room(just will be prepared next time with candle, raid & limit myself to a 5min. shower 😂😉.

I like that it had a microwave and fridge.  I liked and appreciated the professionalism of the lady working at the front desk. She was very nice. Upon arriving I had to KILL A GOOD SIZE ROACH BY THE TOILET, took the bedspreads off the beds because they had WHAT APPEARED TO BE CIGARETTE BURN HOLES, and left the sheets on because you could kind of hide that with the blanket. I was embarrassed my son would see that. I have stayed at more economical motels/hotels that the LINENS did Not look like these. It got me thinking I should check for bed bugs, took off all the pillow cases and was appalled to see how stained/ dirty the pillows were. Next to the pillows next worse thing owner can definitely assure is MOPPING/ Disinfecting the bathroom floor and making sure to have CARPETS SHAMPOOED& VACUUMED.

Didn’t feel clean, stains on the sheets and in the tub. Advertised as free breakfast but they do not even offer coffee. Bed was also uncomfortable.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and there isn't enough pillows on the bed. The hot tub was filthy. The tub filled up with dirt as soon as we turned the jets on. It was horrible. They need to put some bleach and a cleaning detergent into the tub and run the jets so they can flush the jets before someone catches an infection.

The location was good. It was convenient to where we were going.

Noisy! Being that it’s near eateries, you could hear the bass from one of the restaurants. No kidding….it was so loud, I knew what songs they were playing. Would also be nice to include bigger bars of soap, cable/Wi-Fi that works, and a functioning heater (mine kept shutting off and wouldn’t come back on…even when the room was cooler - had to constantly unplug).

The price - very reasonable….especially compared to other locations in the same area. Also close to stores for shopping (food, clothes, gas, etc). There was also a receptionist that I wish I had gotten her name. I heard a guest shouting and cursing her out because there was no cable. She was so rude to her that I came outside (the guest had ME upset that I wanted to say something). When I asked the receptionist if she was okay, she said “Oh, I’m fine. It comes with the territory, so it’s no biggie.” The way she shrugged that off was so genuine, she inspired me on how to not take things so personally. I tried to get her name, but she was gone for the night and the other lady didn’t know it either. If I could’ve gotten her name, I would have sent a special shout-out to her with corporate (she impressed me THAT much).

The beds and pillows wasn't very comfortable. The beds are hard and the pillows are flat.

The location was no more than 20 minutes to everywhere we were going. The rooms were clean.

There was a couch in the room that had a lot of stains on it but we didn't use it anyway.

We were looking for some where close to the hospital so we could shower and get some sleep. It did the job. The shower and bed was clean and that was what we were looking for.

The couch was filthy .. honestly I wouldn’t sit on it and the beds were big enough but so very hard we had a hard time laying on it and didn’t get much sleep. No breakfast but that was confirmed ahead of time and don’t expect breakfast next door at Popeyes because they don’t open until 11:00 Most importantly there was NO COFFEE POT

The room was smaller than expected. I thought it had 2 queen beds but was 2 double. There was a water bug in the room. Outside trash was full so people put trash around the trash can.

There was a person outside of my room being unruly and I called the front desk to get them to leave the property said person was homeless and apparently on drugs and didn’t have a room there. But the next morning the front desk guy told me he can’t rent to me anymore.
