We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Nothing was falling apart or ran down looking. Staff was excellent.

United States of AmericaThe door didn't seem secure. You could see daylight around the doorframe, so it was not sealed well. The exterior didn't have a clean/kept appearance, so I was relieved when the room was so clean.There were no extra amenities, supposedly due to Covid.
The floors were tiled and clean. The bed was a platform so you could see under it. The bathroom was clean and adequate. There was a small frig and microwave, iron/board, hairdryer. There was good water pressure. The ac worked well and there was no musty smell. The tv was a nice flatscreen. It was quiet. The staff was friendly. There is food nearby. You enter all rooms from the outside.

United States of AmericaI made my reservation through Booking.com way ahead of time. I drove 13 hrs. Arrived at the hotel, and the office guy told me that he didn't have a king-size bed, only 2 queen bed rooms. I told him I didn't mind whatever he gave me, I'm just tired and want to go to sleep. He said no, if you want that room you will have to pay extra. That is totally unacceptable. It is not my fault he allowed the overbooking of king beds, and now he didn't have one available for me. Why should I pay extra. He decided he was going to cancel my booking, so I could go around town to look for another hotel, unless I paid the extra money. It is very upsetting, and nobody should have to go through this treatment. I told him I would give them a bad review, and he said he didn't care. I had to call booking to resolve the situation. Thanks to Booking.com, I was able to get my room at no extra charge. The AC will not go lower than 72°!!😫 it's hot!!!!! Hopefully, the staff will learn to treat their guests right. Maybe they need to change their staff, and put people with better social skills. It is very important in this kind of business.

One is, when I was booking this - the photo online showed a continental breakfast where you make your own waffles, etc. We found out it was “grab-n-go” instead and so they hand you a paper bag and you don’t even get to choose what is in it. Next, the beds were so soft - too soft - we rolled in the middle towards the each other. That is uncomfortable. Lastly, there were only 3 big towels in our room when 4 people are staying in the room.

United States of AmericaWhen I arrived the room I was given had had the door broken into before, it did not seal and was to outside, wind was blowing in around gaps around door. Was cold outside had heater on high and still cold in room. Asked for another room was treated very Rude by staff and the other room was worse than the first. Had to sleep with chairs and luggage pushed against door to try to block cold air from entering. Had the reservation for a week, but only stayed one night. Haven’t been returned my money I had paid was told at front desk I would be charged for one night and reimbursed for the rest. This hotel is terrible do not stay at it a bunch of lying Ghandi Dot towel head Thieves.

The microwave didn't work ,and the sink was stopped up. Not sure why I had to wait to check in room wasn't clean

United States of AmericaPlace is run down. The noisiest AC machines I have ever heard. Verified ahead of time they were pet friendly as we traveled with a dog who stayed in his crate. They confirmed and said no additional charge. When I checked out they charged my card $15.00 for the pet fee for one night. The room wasn’t clean when we got there.
