Outdated rooms mainly the bathroom. It wasn’t very clean on the check in, they did it better when they cleaned my room afterwards.

The water pressure in the shower, was the worst ive ever experienced in a hotel ever. The staff seemed to be bothered when I asked questions about the room or towels, or check out.

Location is great, the room was clean-ish. the air conditioning worked well. I would only stay here again if nothing else was available.

Furnishings are very old and appear to have been thrown together just to get a minimum needed for the room. While there was a table for use as a desk, the ancient wire chair provided was not acceptable/very uncomfortable.

Reasonably clean; comfortable for the price. Good bed.

Plumbing fixtures. Toilet was new and good. Shower had no handle to pull when using the shower. No working plug for the bath.

Place was clean. Very basic. Toiletries supplied. No hair dryer, coffee maker or microwave, only a small fridge that froze everything. Coffee was available in the lobby. No housekeeping was done during our 3 day stay.

Great location right on the main strip. Check-in was quick and the staff friendly. Room seemed recently updated and was clean and comfortable. Plenty if restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool area looked very inviting but we didn't get the chance to use it. Water pressure in the shower was like a fire hose in the best way.

The bed was very close to the wall, so that I had to shimmy to get in and out. It seems like the room may have had two beds before and they didn't want to rewire for the plugs and lamps to fit the king size headboard, so it ended up very close to the wall. They room has barebones amenities: no iron or board, no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no microwave. The room does have a mini fridge and they did give us a hair dryer to use, and there is coffee in the office in the AM (no breakfast though).

We liked the retro-industrial decor of the room, especially the wall lamps which had Edison bulbs, instead of the ugly bluish fluorescent bulbs that are in many hotel rooms, also you can turn on/off each individual lamp. Mattress was good, not hard, not soft.

the rooms were very dark, not much lighting. No coffee in your room, you had to go to reception for a drink. In a morning not a nice situation. It would be better in your room.

pool area was nice with a view of the lovely mountains. walking distance to the main town centre, shops and food outlets. Also close to aerial tramway which was really good staff very pleasant, helpful.

Breakfast was average at maximum. Parking has to be paid extra, even though it is their own lot. You can only smoke in an area of about 100 sqft far out in the parking lot.

The location is excellent. It is very clean and kept up very well, only one lightbulb in the fan could not be turned off (weird electrics).

It was a great place. Loved the pool are. The rooms were spacious and clean. Quiet hotel and friendly staff. Walkable to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The dinner across the road was excellent. Had a very enjoyable stay.
