You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We booked a room for a family, 2 adults and 2 children but only 2 towels were provided. I found a cockroach.
Friendly staff, close to everything, good breakfast, good price.

The room was outdated and needed to be renovated. The room had a musty damp odor and a stained old armchair.
The hotel was easy to get to and near main section of city. The bed was very comfortable.

I liked the whole stay
Staff was very nice. Every time we saw the maid she made sure to ask if we needed anything, which was very comforting.

The hotel room smelled sour and the door was difficult to open even with a key card , I was afraid of those steps because they had open and were very high between each step.

Immediately upon entering I noticed that there were several things within the room that could have been either repaired or replaced to make it less obvious of the rooms age ( broken lamp shade, among others)…
The property is located perfectly for easy access to all the local shopping and even better to get to the highway. It was definitely worth the price.

room smelled awful upon check in, there was even an odor reducing fan running in the room. the jacuzzi tub didn’t work at first, no ice in vending machine has to go to office, very poor breakfast options

The location was ok but they should advertise they're doing renovations, or I'm hoping that's what they're doing as the outside is not as shown.
The room was clean and the spa tub was absolutely great! The staff was pleasant also.

The heater didn’t work right. In the morning when we got up it was 5 degrees outside. Heater was set at 68 was still cold in room. Walked over to heater and half the heater was hot and half the heater was blowing ice cold.

it was good except i called about getting a fan and when i got there nothing was mentioned about it and i forgot to mention it to them again. There was no heat in the room upon our arrival so we got that on. i purchased a comforter and a blanket for the bed there was not enough bedding for this time of year. otherwise the bed was clean and comfortable the room was clean ammeities were clean but there was no heat in the bathroom snd the floors were like ice so u froze whenever u had to use the bathroom

I stayed there 2 years ago and it was great, but it’s turned into a local residence. Police were evicting someone when I pulled in. Bathroom door was kicked in, strange people hanging about and napping on picnic tables. Loud yelling in the middle of the night. It was obvious the door had been forced open and not repaired very well. I did not feel safe there and spent my last day in the area at another hotel.
It was close to everything. They allow dogs.
