Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t get ahold of staff when I needed, and that we got the room right next to house keeping and they were SOOO LOUD
I did enjoy the fact that there was floor level rooms for rent, and that check in was so easy.

They have a kiosk that in some ways was convenient, but they kept issuing me key cards that only worked for one day at a time. I rented the room for a week, and had to get a new card every day to get in my room. The tv channels and the quality of tvs sucked. The bed was loud as hell when having sex on it. And the variety of toiletries and hygiene products, that ever hotel has, consists of one little bar of soap and one little bottle of shampoo. That’s it

Noisy room, check in did not have all info from Booking.com,
Inexpensive room was needed because of early Dr. appointment. Friendly housekeeping staff. Restaurant and grocery close by

Next to a VERY VERY LOUD BAR!! There was a gun shot first night. People yelling and screaming and obviously intoxicated each night!
Ease to find and get to. Check in was easy with “lady in the box” as we called her- we had never experienced tela- check in before!!!

They took 50 more from me for deposit for 3 rooms which was 150 total and I never received it back!

The kiosk in the lobby for check-in took too long. Then wr got locked out of our room that evening by accident my 4 year old locked us out. The kiosk kept freezing up and resetting and it took way too long to get back in our room. The air conditioner did not work so we had to leave the window open and the bar noise until 2am was insane. It felt very unsafe to be there because of all the bar patrons.
The one staff person was kind and very helpful we really liked her a lot.

We had to check in using a remote kiosk, the bathroom window did not close, and there were gaps in the door when closed.

Everything they lied not cleaned window in bathroom broke ac didn't work not cleaned

Heating. The window was open upon arrival. Smelled like dog. The sticker for operation said off/on. It should say heat/AC.

So we were on the 1st floor and at 2 am we were woken up to people yelling outside our room. They were just hanging out I guess but they were talking so loud it woke us up, there was a child with them that stared screaming and crying which kept us awake. Then their car alarm went off and kept going off. It definitely wasn’t a comfortable stay after this as it was impossible for us to go back to sleep. Then after they finally left the people in the room above us were stomping around and that kept us awake as well.
It was clean and the staff were friendly enough.

No one in our party was able to connect to wifi, which is a necessity for foreigners without local cel coverage. The sign in page would not load up. Also basically no TV as the channels were few and all of them were so snowy you could barely make out the picture.
Good location, room was decent and comfortable. Not much interaction with staff but what we did have was friendly and helpful.

The beds weren't very comfortable. And the microwave ended up going way longer than what we had the time on so it smoked up the room. The pillows suck and the room stinks

cigarette butts on stairs, long-term tenant(?) downstairs with barking dog and their kid’s bike was at the base of the stairs making it difficult to use stairs, heater was so loud and sporadic making it hard to sleep.
