Bedsheets were dirty and there were no towels in the room. When I took the dirty sheet to the front desk, the clerk asked me with a straight face if I wanted another one.

The man at the front desk was very rude for no reason. We got there at 11pm to check in and my boyfriend had a few drinks before we got there. The man at the front desk has his young child running around the lobby which is no big deal but at 11pm. My bf was in the game room they have and was cursing so we asked him to stop as there was a child out there. And the guy refused to let us get the rooms because my boyfriend said you could have warned me there was children afoot. Apparently he thought that was a bad thing for him to say and threw my debit card at me and told us to leave because of what my boyfriend said back to me. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. It also smelled like sewer in the lobby.

The room nor the bathroom was not clean. The coffee maker had mold in it. This place is really outdated. We couldn't even sleep for the noise coming from the toilet when anyone else would flush theirs. The sheets and pillows were very stained and brown.

That it was in a convenient location. And they did have smoking rooms.

They stole my money from me. I had been staying there for 3 days already and they accused me of smoking in room which I did not. So when I paid for the night and was told after I paid I needed to switch rooms. That maintenance needed in the room they gave me was supposed to be nonsmoking it was not. It smelled like 25 years worth of smoke, musty, and food. t was gross. I checked the bed like I always do and there were tons of bed bugs all in the cracks of the mattress. I asked for my deposit back I got it with a lot of back n forth. In the chaos I walked out without my room money. I called back about 10 min after I left realizing what I had done . They told me I had to pick it up next day. Not happy about that I waited til next day and went to get room $ and they gave me back half of the money for the room stating I checked out late which I most absolutely did not. I would not recommend this place at all and it should be shut down and demolished. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

Upon arrival everything was disappointing. The locks/handle to the room was not adequate, could see into the room from the outside of the door. The white sheets were dirty/stained. The pillows were lumpy. Didn't even use the correct size pillow case. Towels were stained. Room smelled bad. Stayed for appx 3hrs then left. Didn't stay the night. Was too uncomfortable especially with the jank lock and the dirty sheets.

Smelled bad, beds are very old and box springs are broken, just sheets on the bed and only 2 towels. Did not clean the room while we were there and had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and the guy looked at me like I was crazy, the pillows were terrible and asked for an extra one and never brought one, we ended up leaving a day early because it was gross, still paid for the next day but it is what it is. Drugged out lady wandering around knocking on doors also.
