Great location, close to the Ferry. Clean room & very helpful staff. We forgot something in our room & the staff made sure to hold it for us until we returned the next day.

There was a hole in the mattress, my wife complained to me! The first of three nights; someone shut off the heat to my room! I already had the starting of a cold and this experience didn't make it any better. We couldn't park in front of the room because there was a depression. of a drain pipe and cones to keep me away. The place was 80%. empty, but they gave me this room anyway in the way back corner of the complex; I would have preferred a spot closer to the front which is better lighted!

The room was clean and spacious. Across the street from the ferry to Nantucket and excellent restaurants that accept Groupon too! Our friends stayed at the Hilton/Doubletree This place was nice and half price, but location, location!

No coffee facility in room, either machine or microwave to heat water.

Size of room, best shower of our whole trip to New England. Very convenient for town, harbour, train, coach and roads out of town. Had iron and board in room.

Room was a good size and clean. The owner was very helpful and even allowed us the leave a day early without cancellation fee due to poor weather. We thought the hotel was excellent value for the cape.

Much was in disrepair. The pool had no water, it needed paint and calk in the bathroom and the elevator was broken. we had to carry our bicycles up to the 4th floor.

Room was a little basic, with weak Wi-Fi, but it was great value for money and perfectly fine. Would stay again.

Excellent location for a ferry to Nantucket. Easy to walk to town for food. No coffee facility in room, but hot drinks available at reception. One indoor and one seasonal outdoor pool. Lovely, helpful staff.

The wall and wood work around entry/exit door really needs to be cleaned. It would take no time to remove hand marks. Air conditioner although bearable did not work well. It was on at seemingly one temp or off. No auto. Shower tiles could use a power wash. Refrigerator freezer coated in thick ice. Couldn’t fit anything in. Management need to do (orchestrate)a good cleaning.

A few things that I didn’t like about it was that my room smelled so bad and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. If I had to spend more than one night in that hotel I would definitely choose another place because the room smelled like pee.

no breakfast (but at least free coffee and tea in the lobby which was nice), outdoor pool is situated right at the parking lot, (which, for me, was not really appealing, therefore, I didn't use it), indoor pool looked nice

It could use more updating and attention to details. the blanket in our room had a cigarette burn or moth hole in it. It smelled clean though.
