I did not like that the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone, also tried contacting room service and there was no answer. Front desk also did not have change for multiple guests that wanted to tip the valet.

Decor, tub in the room and cleanliness. Valet was very nice and gave recommendations on restaurants nearby as well as grocery store.

None, that I can think of, none at all.

Room was comfortable. Shower was nice. Separate cubby for luggage, very nice. Common areas for reading or talking with a drink or coffee. The out of way cubbies are a very nice touch too. And! A library, great hotel.

I almost cancelled our reservation when we arrived Friday evening to find music so loud I could hardly hear reception staff even with the doors closed. What a disappointment! We enjoy dancing ourselves but this music was SO LOUD and it continued past the 8:30pm stop we’d been told would happen. Even in the fine restaurant (our waiter was wonderful) the music was heard too loudly. Truly disappointed. It spoiled our anticipated enjoyment of this historic hotel. And the elderly couple ahead of me in line at reception had to keep asking for instructions to be repeated because they couldn’t hear.

It would be a good location due to proximity to the convention center, but there is nothing else nearby. It's a parking lot wasteland.

Superb breakfast with great service, but glad I booked with it included; very expensive.

I don't like valey car oarling ut is that or pRkong at a nearby public carpark. Finally there is no ice machine but you cN ask reception to send up a bucket of ice. No tongs with our delivery

The hotel was tge third but ny Hilton it has a strong connection with the Hispanic world don't miss the de lovely deco8of the al Icove thst are dotted around the main large lounge close to Reception. The room was and tge hotel was very good with us when we asked for a microwave.. It arrived very quickly. Breakfast was very good and the service came with a smile. The location of the hotels in the downtown area.there is a Starbucks close by and a local cafeteria. As well as a pizzeria.there is also the hotel's dinning room We enjoyed our stay and would be very happy staying at the hotel again.

The people in the room next to me were smoking which set off the fire alarm and the announcement to evacuate at 4:30 am. The fire truck had to come. As I’m writing this I realize that it really was a positive because the evacuation was very fast and efficient and the reception staff was able to immediately inform us that it was a false alarm. I wasn’t able to go back to sleep, but this is no reflection on the hotel

I enjoyed my breakfast. The wait staff was very attentive and efficient

The bed. The mattress was worn out and the pillows were over sized and hard! We did get the mattress changed on the third day, for which we were thankful.

The location was very near the Convention Center, my number one requirement!! The restaurant was a bit pricey, but was delicious and convenient!!

The female at reception/check in was unwelcoming and set the tone for my stay. When I got to my room the tv did not work and I did not want to call for help as I assumed I would have to speak with the female at reception/check in.

the morning and evening valet gentlemen were friendly and efficient.

The surrounding downtown area is pretty deserted during weekends. But the area isn't quiet: Loud cars and/or motorcycles use nearby streets/parking to race/speed (though amusingly they stopped by 10pm both nights we were there). The room was somewhat less polished vs. the lobby and public spaces: some room features are more recently updated than others, nothing that seriously impacts comfort.

Beautiful historic property. Proximity to train station also nice.

Given the ornate shared space, I was surprised to see how characterless the actual hotel room is. The bed is comfortable and the room adequately specious but the bathroom was a bit cramped.

The lobby is beautiful with a variety of small alcoves all decorated differently in which to enjoy drinks. Interesting artwork on the walls and a library for some quiet time. I did not have dinner in the restaurant but the menu looked great and the small appetizer I had was delicious.

The room was smaller than I expected, and the view was of the a/c units on the roof.

The hotel is gorgeous, really lovely, and the restaurant is very nice. It was quiet at night, and I felt very safe. It's without a doubt the most charming hotel in Albuquerque. The neighborhood is ok.

The room was close to the elevator, and the beeping from the elevator could be heard inside the room. The room also had a door to an adjoining room (which was locked, ofcourse), but a big gap under the door let light from the other room into mine. Noise from the guests in the adjoining room returning in the middle of the night was also disruptive.

Location was good, staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable.

I pulled up to unload and was promptly told by the bellhops that they were filled up and out of luggage carts. It was very inconvenient trying to figure out how to unload and carry our bags in. The door people weren’t very helpful. I carried my bags into the lobby myself.

Very well decorated and clean. Good location downtown, there was water stations and coffee in the morning. Check in was quick and they were polite.
