To be honest, I cannot really think of anything that was lacking during our stay.

The location is one of the best on the island. The view from this particular room is breathtaking, and it is literally just down the stairs and onto the beach. The pool area is well-manicured, and the setting is beautiful. Having the chairs and umbrellas provided already is so appreciated. Complimentary bike and shuttle access are two more wonderful bonuses. The housekeeping and front office staff were so friendly and took a personal interest in our stay.

The resort hotel, a sweet little gem. Located on the coast of the island. The hotel has a big and good pool, an adjacent beach, clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and atmosphere of freedom.

The pool could close at midnight. 10pm is too early for someone coming on vacation.

The property is excellent! Everything clean and organized. With room cleaning and change of towels every day. It has a coffee machine and they replace 4 coffee pods every day, but they don't mind giving you more and they don't charge you for it. It has the best pool of all hotels, a reserved area with a sofa and TV. Mini golf, ping pong and others

No coffee / tea was available in the morning like in other places we visited. That would be easy to fix :)

The bikes, available for free, for adults and children, offered a wonderful way to explore the area. That was an awesome experience. We all loved it. It is also very safe to ride on the island.

The bed may need a new mattress pad.

They spared no expense in creating this resort, very comfortable and up to date with high end appliances, beautifully decorated and really nice pool area.

King bed mattress was a little soft for my taste. Need a car to get to coffee/most restaurants.

Size of room, amazing quality of the bed sheets. Great Bathroom and Kitchen all new. Easy checkin and checkout. On the beach. Free bikes.

This location and resort is excellent, in everything, in front of the beach, with the best sunsets, and the best present was the day before we left the resort: we saw two dolphins playing in front of the beach .. it was espectacular . The only two recommendations are: 1.- firmer mattress and 2. that the shower has cold water, all the time it was hot, and I needed cold water to calm and refresh my skin after being exposed to the sun. I don't understand why cold water doesn't come out in the shower but in the sink and dishwasher there is cold water. We reported this, they immediately fixed it in the sink but they told me that the shower was like that. so I was left with the desire to have a good cold shower.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. I was sore the next day but I do have back problems so most beds don't treat me well except for my bed at home .

The room was beautiful, very clean which is important. The beach access was literally 20ft. From our room. The parking was available directly in front of our room. Everything was fantastic. We would definitely recommend your resort.

Check-in front desk was not friendly. The room door was locked on the 2nd floor so I called on my cell to the office and no one answered. I called while entering the office and she was chatting with the staff.
