You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Tv didn’t work, no soap or conditioner, they charged us twice for a one night stay.( did get refunded two weeks later though)

The only thing we would didn't LOVE was the bed...only because we aren't fans of Firm or semi firm mattresses. But, it didn't keep us from sleeping. We just like super soft beds. The pillows made up for our "mattress snobbiness".. LOL...You get 4 pillows! and they are plush plush plush!
WOW! What a perfect place to stay while on the road! Traveling the interstates these days isn't always pleasant. We decided to stay at Best Western Inn because we didn't want to experience Moline area again! Staying outside of a semi busy area is worth it! Super affordable, friendly staff & they even had a home made type breakfast. The hotel is super modern but you can't even find a piece of lint at the place! 150% CLEAN! Unbelievable! We could hear the highway noise slightly...but nothing that kept us awake. No smoking smell, no AC noise, just quiet! Which is what you want after 15 hours on the road. :)

The breakfast wasn't what I expected. The biscuits were hard. The eggs seemed like powdered eggs, rubbery. Not to be too harsh, but it was as if the breakfast items had been from the previous day and just reheated.
Check-in was easy. The staff were polite and friendly.

Beds were a little stiff. Parking lot entrance could be better well-maintained.
The breakfast was good, good choice good quality. Hotel, conveniently located along the interstate. Nice big parking lot that is well lighted. Right near the area I wanted to stay.

Perfect spot for us. Very quiet, close to a natural area for an evening walk. Our room was huge, complete with a small table—something that is often missing from standard rooms. Very friendly staff.

Everything was good but breakfast and no ice in ice machine
Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were flavorless, the potatoes were cold but bacon was good! Very reasonable pet deposit and very friendly to the dog Nice clean facility

Convenient location, very close to the highway. The breakfast was very yummy, lots of choices to choose from. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly.

It took a little while to find staff and the pool hours were different depending on what sign you looked at.
They gave me the room I asked for and it was clean. The pool was older and peeling but is was clean and the perfect temperature.

It met our expectations so I can’t think of anything to change
Great hospitality, the owner gave us the use of a banquet room for our group’s bicycles. Everything was very clean and you can tell that they take care of the facility even though it is an older hotel. Great place to stay for cyclists riding the Hennipen Canal Trail

Perhaps a little more attention to cleanliness, however, I do understand hotels and restaurants are having difficulty with staffing during the covid pandemic. It was ok.
I was delighted with this property after driving 12 hours, it was a welcome retreat. Excellent location for on and off the I-80. Comfortable bed, spacious and very nice staff. It is located near the interstate, so be prepared for some traffic noise. I put my ear plugs in, turned the fan on in the room, took a Tylenol PM and slept so soundly!! It was the kind of place I can recommend and will return again.

Eggs seemed fake.... Mattress was a little old and springy! lol! TV programming isn't that great....
Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were of something im not familiar with, but they worked... Everthing else was terrific! Room was good and clean.

The manager waited for us to arrive after midnight and was happy to greet us so late at night. It was quite and comfortable.
