Room was spacious but dirty. There were cobwebs in all the corners. The carpets were dirty. The mattresses were rock hard.

All rooms as advertised are not beach front, the door bolt didn't work, the TV remote didn't work, rooms should definitely be upgraded, if they're charging 2022 prices they need to update rooms out of the 1970's. Not at all satisfied!!!!

We got upgraded to a "suite" due to problems with our room. The room was very outdated and we had problems with bugs in our room. I can't imagine the room we would have gotten if that was supposed to be an upgrade since the room we booked had a issue with the bed. We were supposed to have 3 queens and got 1 queen 1 king and a pullout. The beds were ok the pullout was very uncomfortable. The staff wasn't the friendliest the waterpark was closed as well as the lobby. They didn't tell us we had to check in at the hotel next door but it was close enough. We did have a baby and booked mainly for the waterpark which we didn't know was closed and for the 2nd room and 3 queen beds which we didn't get. The "kitchenette" in the suite was 1 small fridge and a microwave and the "2 rooms" we're not separated with a door. It was just 1 big room with a side area connected. It needs some upgrades done. You can get cheaper, cleaner and newer rooms on that same beach at other hotels.

I loved the walk out onto the beach. It was very close to the ferry. The beds were big and the suite was a decent size.

there was no staff. we had to check in at the motel next door. coffee or breakfast was next door. it advertised a water park. it was closed but we could of used one at a different location. should of stayed at a different location.

The room smelled really bad. the bedsheets and pillows also smelled like they had been sitting there for a long long time. The room didn’t look clean, white areas of the doors looked really dirty. I had to get my own disinfecting wipes to clean some surfaces around the room. The AC wasn’t working well during the day but we were able to stay cool at night. There was a lot of bugs/ gnats everywhere! We asked to cancel the last night but was informed of the no refund policy and were offered to change rooms instead. Since we only had one last night left, we decided to stay in the same room but did ask for someone to bring some aerosol for the smell and to have someone clean the room. No one came at all! Not even for room service.

First they had me check in next door at the Quality Inn as they stated they were short staffed. They said it would be better to stay there being short staffed. I agreed but thought it was a bit strange. My room smelled funny and the carpet was disgusting. Needs major updating!

Had to have multiple phone calls over multiple days to get my reservation confirmed, at first it was for only 1 day, and on the wrong day.

Room had a great view, pool and hot tub were open late (midnight), and over all the hotel was quiet and clean.

Our room was down at the very end, we had to walk to the very end. The outside light didn’t work, part of the sidewalk was missing and our windows didn’t lock. One of the lamps were sitting on the floor. When checking in, we had to go to the neighboring hotel to check in.

The room had bugs and gnats. The room was not very clean. Only had one washcloth for two people. The room just needed more cleaning and preparation for guest.

The location of this facility was excellent on the lakefront. The breakfast was a bottle of water a Quaker oat bar and a apple which was rotten.

Bag with an apple and water and granola bar for breakfast. Outdated looking which would be ok since it’s more of a seasonal place but it’s in need of some tlc. Lots of flying bugs in our room. No screen for the patio door. WAY OVERPRICED for what we got. Had to move rooms due to someone smoking cigarettes so I paid for a particular style room yet did not get that style room like we wanted. Have no desire to ever stay there again.

I liked the beach view but our balcony but couldn’t enjoy it much due to the bugs at night which isn’t their fault but there was no screen for the patio door but there was a track where one use to be. Overall very disappointing

Big spiders in room. Spiderwebs in corners of rooms. Lots of flies. Didn't take care of our towels. Some part of room floor felt like you were going to fall through. Water park wasn't open and that main reason we chose the motel. Pool was not clean. Full of sand. Said breakfast but didn't serve it.

It took 4 hours for someone to fix our TV. There was macaroni and cheese spilled in the refrigerator. The toilet wasn't hooked to the floor. People upstairs were extremely disturbing until 3:00am but no one answered the office phone to report it.
