Carpet in the living room could be changed out, but everything else was great!

Loved the room, views and the layout. Perfect location to walk to the beach. We really enjoy a beach that is a little less crowded, but could easily walk to the boardwalk and Dukes. We could see turtles and whales from the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets.

Air Conditioning in Lanai Tower was broken for the complete 6 nights of our stay. Fortunately it didn't get too hot during the stay but the property should discount their rates if critical functionality is broken. Upholstery is aging. They should consider some TLC. With Lahaina closed due to the fires and recovery effort, Kaanapalli area/West Maui has lost some of the location convenience. Many activities are at least 40 mins away and around the Maalaea Harbor area and beyond. Kaanapalli restaurants and beach area are still very good.

Ocean View and the large windows in the whole suite. We were able to watch whales, dolphins, sea turtles right from the bedroom/ living room. The sound of the ocean whole day is mesmerizing. Having breakfast in the balcony with ocean view was great too.

Not a new building and unit so it's showing it's age, which is natural. Also, we couldn't get late check-out this time, which is understandable under the current conditions.

The location is fine but there are very few (or really no) places to eat/dine out nearby. You need to drive or get a taxi to do that. There is a handy supermarket across the street but otherwise there is no where decent within walking distance to eat. Although Dukes bar/restaurant is good and can easily get to if you walk along the beach, it’s just a short walk. Only problem is it’s very popular and difficult to get a reservation. We ended up eating at the bar each time, which was ok. Not ideal tho.

The room was fantastic! Extremely clean and comfortable. Lots of space to relax and admire the gorgeous view. Clean & very handy cooking/dining facilities. Spent every night with the balcony door open listening to the waves crashing onto shore. Watching turtles swimming just below us from the lounge window.

Key card to ascess was not good. We had to swipe the card many times before we could enter the room. Another pity was that the fire in maui that cause us to shorten our stay as there was no power other than in the lobby.

View from the room was very good. Bed was quite comfortable. The living room was huge and provided alot of space for my kid to run about. Location was okay and there was a times supermarket nearby for groceries.

The second bedroom with the twin beds left a bit to be desired. The beds were uncomfortable, and one of them even squeaked when you moved or rolled over. My son ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room, which he found comfortable. It just made it hard to sleep because of those of us getting up early and walking around in his "room".

The room was above and beyond expectation as it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The views of both the mountains and the ocean was unlike any hotel/condo we've ever stayed in. The unit was exceptional.

Not much, the location is a bit far away from center and not contains catering services. But you can always find something to eat in the food trucks nearby.

The ocean view room has the most stunning view I’ve ever seen! The studio was pretty tidy and functional. The staff at front desk were very helpful as well.

There really isn't much to not like. The place is basic, but nice. Be aware that this place is on the far west side of the island. So it is a bit of a drive to get to a lot of things.

Check in was quick and easy. View from room was great. The beach right in front of the hotel is covered in reef so you cannot swim there. This keeps it the beach pretty empty, which is nice.

We couldn’t use the air-con due to health issues and the smell in the bedroom (moulded wood) was quite intense. We asked for help, but the hotel staff didn’t know how to help, so we bought incensed sticks we left the door open throughout the entire stay. All staff was kind and helpful except one lady, who was rude and unkind, she really changed our experience:/

The property is beautiful, very well equipped and nicely decorated. Stunning view! Good location, you’re literally on the beach and close to the shopping area and restaurants.

This property's only amenities are a small swimming pool with umbrella tables and chairs/recliners surrounding it and BBQs in a few places. There is no restaurant or bar, and none of the beautiful water and floral landscaping (within the property) that the surrounding hotels have. Housekeeping comes only once a week, though you can request clean towels when you need them and there's a garbage shoot where you can empty your trash. Some rooms (like the one that two of my relatives stayed in) have roach problems. When my relatives complained at the front desk, the attendant said, "they only come out at night," and offered no solution or the opportunity to change rooms. Fortunately, I saw only one roach in my room.

The view at this property can't be beat! It is right on the ocean. Our unit had floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and a balcony with sliding doors off the living room and the bedroom. I fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves and the breeze each night. Loved that!

My family stayed in three other rooms and two of them had a roach problem, one was particularly bad. When they told the front desk, the receptionist told them they only come out at night!!!

My room was excellent and the view outstanding, right off the beach. However, at checkout I discovered I somehow had been upgraded to a larger room which cost me an unanticipated $400 fee. My overall experience was wonderful.
