A little noisy at nights. Rooms are smal since the building design is hexagonal. Bathrooms are extremely small.

The rooms were tight so the available beds were smaller than normal (e.g., two double beds instead of two queen beds)but as a one-night pre-cruise selection it was more than fine.

Bathroom , carpet and chair needs updating.

Location was great, right across from Waikiki beach. Close to many restaurants. Room is smaller than it appears in photos. It’s older and needs shower renovation. Staff was excellent. Our room was ocean front, so amazing views! Building was secure as you always had to use key card to gain use of elevator. With it being a smaller hotel, there was no long waits for the elevator.

I paid extra for the upgraded room but when it was discovered the door was not secure and maintenance would need to come to fix/secure the door…I should have been compensated or at least given a partial credit.

I had room 1404. Being in a full ocean view room was great! As soon as I checked in, the door was opened by a stranger while I was getting dressed. Staff came to change keys but I discovered the door was not latching and anyone could access the room.

The sink in my room wasn't in the bathroom, different. The chair for the desk was really, really worn. Otherwise, it was a cute room and clean.

The rooms are not that large and a bit crowded but are as advertised in size and layout. Would gladly give up a bit of interior space for the nice balcony. Some might be disappointed there's no pool but we don't use one anyway and again - as advertised.

Location is fantastic. Walk to everything easily. Lovely view of the ocean and a nice sized balcony. Older hotel so well built and extremely quiet. Never heard anything from neighboring rooms or above. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more.

It's dated but that makes it more affordable. As long as you don't plan to spend too much time in the room or hanging out at the hotel it's a good deal. If you do plan to spend more time at the hotel go for a higher end hotel.

The hotel was a bit dated but clean overall and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean and felt 100% safe.

The location in Waikiki was amazing! Literally right across the street from the beach. Easy access! Tons of restaurants and stores around this hotel as well and all within walking distance. The price was also a great deal!
