This hotel was perfectly located, had all of the amenities for our stay, and we enjoyed the breakfast provided. The sleeping accomodations were the best we've had while traveling. We will stay there again and have recommended for others to stay at this property.

The bed mattresses are very uncomfortable. I do not know if they were old or economy. I would not go back for that reason. I ran out of hot water in the middle of my shower.

The brunch on Sunday was very good. The restaurant is pretty and the waiters were friendly. I enjoyed the omelet station and there was a variety of choices. The coffee was also quite good.

Regarding the room comfort, the chairs / seating could be a little more comfortable. We were in the room more than expected due to a snowstorm and the chairs were not comfortable for long stretches of seating.

Great location and lovely ambiance. The continental breakfast was better than expected. A suggestion would be to change the offering. We were there for two days and it was exactly the same each day. Dinner was very good — also better than expected.

The noisy fridges at first. The breakfast was not particularly interesting and too few tables for many peoples.

The concept is nice, the room clean and clear The property is very nice. The first room was next to a hallway where they were two noisy fridges. The manager changed our room to a quieter one.

There was one (or more) wedding parties at the hotel and they were way less than well mannered taking their partying into the hallways from rooms well after midnight and being loud, obnoxious and rude, with no intervention from the hotel staff. This should never happen. Breakfast was no big treat, but nice that it came with the room.

Location was great. Property overall was nice but in need of a few updates. Rooms and beds were fine.

Mattress was uncomfortable. There may have been a mattress topper that bunched up all over. Definitely not a comfortable firm mattress for sleeping. Woke up at three and couldn’t get back to sleep.

People were very nice and welcoming. Didn’t check out breakfast but did get a coffee to go when I left.

Cocktails in bar were tasty. Friendly staff. Brunch was delicious. Major complaint was toilet took a long time to flush, didn't know if it would. Towel bar broke first thing in bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.

The beds were not super comfortable. Also, the included breakfast on weekends was not served in the restaurant but was a take-away breakfast in the reception area. The breakfast in the restaurant on weekends was a la carte.

The hotel is really nice situated and really quiet. We especially enjoyed the bar area with the pool table where my kids had a lot of fun.

I called to make a reservation under room block for my nieces wedding only to be told there were no rooms available at all in the hotel. I ended up finding a room through booking.com for almost the double price, upon check out I spoke with the front desk personnel and was advised that if there were no rooms available within the hotel then I should not of been able reserve one through booking.com

We had a corner lower level room and there were two wedding parties coming onto the property. We seemed to have had a crowd of young men over our heads doing a Morris dance. Better soundproofing would have helped a lot. A delivery truck at 6am did not help matters.

The free breakfast offered every day but the weekends has definitely improved. Buffet style with eggs, bacon etc., and included with room price was good even though we ate just before they closed it at 10am. We are not eating in restaurants yet if we can avoid it so the first day the host opened the door to the outside porch for us. When it rained the next day we ate inside the mostly deserted bar area.
