We were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. The owner is very kind and even helped us with a wheelchair repair. This inn about a three minute drive to the beach and the city. The whole property is beautiful and has an old-world feel while still providing modern amenities. I would totally stay here again.

We flew by plane so we were not able to bring a lot of beach necessities. Fortunately, they provided everything we needed and more to the littlest necessities. There was not a thing I had to buy at the store.

Beautiful property with a lovely garden. There were chairs and umbrellas for the beach , bikes, snacks and a washer/dryer. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The manager was wonderful and very helpful. We felt very welcome!

I cannot think of a single negative quality to report. Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at the Banyan House during the month of April 2024. The owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating to make sure the stay is wonderful. The pool was nice and warm, the hot tub was up and running, the grounds are beautiful with plenty of tables and chairs strewn around for reading or visiting. The room we stayed in (Venetian Room) was spacey, clean and comfortable. The bikes were plentiful and all in good shape. We loved the grab and go breakfast items. The location of the Banyan House on Venice "Island" is very convenient to the quaint downtown area and the Venice beaches; they are easy bike rides. We are definitely looking forward to returning next year.

The stairs to the upstairs apartment are too steep for older people or people with knee problems, and the toilet and shower higher level than the floor and the step up is steep.

The amenities, pool, koi pond, breakfast, landscaping of the grounds, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the unit.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Banyan House was beyond our expectations. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were impeccable lay clean. I would and will return on my next visit to Venice.

The Boganvillia Apartment was delightful and well furnished with comfortable, cute decor. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need for a week or weekend. The pool was nicely heated and the beautiful courtyard with waterfall and Koi Pond was our favorite place for coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The main house is so gorgeous and well taken care of with nice gathering areas and food and coffee bar. I would highly recommend staying at the Banyan House in Venice, Florida.

The Banyan House was absolutely perfect accommodations for my weekend getaway. Super cute rooms that were super clean, walking distance yo town shops and coffee, the owners couldn’t be nicer. I really enjoyed my stay. I’ve already recommended to several friends snd I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect

Everything we could possibly need was there. The breakfast snacks and coffee available day and night was brilliant. Tea time cocktail hour was fun. Pool was lovely - it just goes on and on.
