A great choice for a stopover as it is close to the airport, a nice waterside location and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, good choice from the buffet.

Special bathroom light switches (auto shut off after some time) were sometimes difficult to turn on.

The window inner curtain is torn and doesn't look good. Bed cusion is too smooth to sleep well. Airplane landing or taking off is too noisy all day, especially in the night.

Good to walk or jogging around the bayshore. Breakfast is OK. Shuttle to and from the airport is convenient. Parking is free. Good to go to DVN Workshop location, Mariott by walk, 10 min.

Housekeeping is by request and this isn’t explained when booking. We wanted it each day and made the request but in practice it wasn’t done on two occasions despite speaking to reception staff who said they would take care of it. Demand on breakfast can outstrip supply which can be slow.

Lovely rooms, large and comfortable bed. Great air con and the free breakfast is terrific. The breakfast staff are very friendly and helpful. Fabulous views.

Breakfast can be largelly improved. Old fashion style, someone needs to give a kick to get it more modern. Overall needs to be brought from 1975 to 2023... Staff somehow "resistant"... Front desk more concern by its iphone screen rather than customer's concern.

The cleaning ladies wouldn’t stop knocking on the door, starting an hour and a half before check out time.

Overall a very good experience. The difference between good and excellent is very difficult for most hotels to attain. You’ll have to cover a lot of small points in order to get up to the top step, and I am seeing less and less hotels willing to do so. But I think the quality of the gusts is sinking over time. They care more about a “free” breakfast that they do about any other condition or problem. Breakfast was good, but no better than that. The restaurant called Max is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel had excellent food.

One of the rooms had a dim light in the bathroom. It would've been good to be in walking distance to a supermarket.

After our long flight from Fiji it was great to be picked up by shuttle from the airport. Loved that we were walking distance to restaurants and that a buffet breakfast was included. The rooms were a good size and had a lovely view of the bay.

Although they do provide shuttle bus service to and from SFO Airport, nothing is advertise on the website nor any reservation engines. As they did a good job renovating the room, there is not enough AC outlets to charge your electronic gadgets (iPhone, iPad, digital camera and etc) to begin with. To make the situation a bit worse, at least for the room which I stayed, all AC outlets (whatever available) were "loose" so that any of your charger might physically dropped onto the floor quite often. I was quite annoyed until the devices were fully charged.

This was not my first stay and will surely not be the last. First and foremost, staff are absolutely great to make our stay conferable and pick/answer any questions that we might have. Room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable bed for promising a good night sleep. Complimentary breakfast with quite a few variety was great too. As I love watching airplanes go by, the noise was not bother me at the slightest ;-)

Overpriced like everything else in a disintegrating San Francisco Area. The hotel room prices are exorbitant and do not reflect the quality whatsoever. The entire San Francisco area is unsafe, sad and not worth a visit let alone these hotel prices.

Our go to Hotel for SFO stays - staff are all friendly - decor is showing its age but is very clean. Breakfast and parking included. Laundry facilities on site.

Flew in late afternoon. 15 minute cab ride to hotel. Able to walk along the sea front before dinner. Several restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Caught the hotel shuttle back to the airport to pick up the hire car the next morning. A great start to our visit.
