You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI walked in and saw a roach crawling across the cabinet where the microwave and refrigerator was. The bathroom door handled was broken out of the door. You could not shut and lock the bathroom door.
The free continental breakfast was good. It was close to attractions.

United States of AmericaHad reservations for a handicapped room, made the reservation with a valid credit card, when I got to the hotel ,told me there was no handicap rooms left ,but yet couple I have stayed in before we're not used all weekend ,I believe I was intentionally lied to by the night staff there ,they were holding it for other people. .
Convenient of everything, close proximity to where I needed to be.

United States of AmericaWhen using booking.com to book the stay, I noticed I had book for the wrong day. I needed the next day. I called the hotel to get it fixed and spoke with Keira (sorry if spelled from) and she informed me she was unable to do anything because I booked through a 3rd party. First time I've ever heard that. So I go back to booking.com and request the day change (it's 2 days before we are supposed to go, 1 day before wrong reservation). Booking.com sends my request to the hotel. A day goes by and no notification of corrected date. So I call again and again, I spoke with Kiera and she said she sees the request and would get the date changed. She sounds like she hates her job, I say thank you so much have a great night and she just hangs up. Another day, it is now the day of the wrong reservation date and I still have no new confirmation so I call again and guess who I get. Yep, that's right. Kiera. Same miserable tone in her voice, same impolite customer service. I tell her I believe it was her I spoke with previously and she said "mhmm I remember you" like she's annoyed as hell but says my reservation has indeed been fixed I again thank her so much have a great night and I get a click from her just hanging up. Check in was easy. On to the room. It's true what they say, pictures are deceiving. I felt like the rooms looked a lot cleaner online when booking vs when we actually got in it. I didn't use the shower because I felt nasty just looking at it, luckily we were only in town for the one night. The toilet felt like it was going to fall over when you sat down on it. The bed was comfortable for a hotel bed but the plastic under the sheet was kind of annoying, though I do get why they do that. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a hot minute. I guess being a Wyndham hotel, I was expecting nicer.

United States of AmericaWe arrived around 7:30 but lobby was closed, only service was through the night window, and with 3 people waiting it took 20 minutes for a key. We were given an end unit next to the pool but room was soundproof enough not to bother us, bed was ok, but bathroom was shoddy with rust stains around the drain and clearly a place on the wall where a soap dish used to be. Curtain rod hung down in the middle of the tub and curtains would not stay closed, shower 🚿 was weak but sufficient.
Considering it was July and prices for anything were high, it wasn’t too bad. Downtown off a main road with easy access.

United States of AmericaThe room was definitely not worth the money. We paid for a king suite with a pull out couch and didn’t get a pull out couch. We asked for extra blankets and they didn’t have extra so we just got two sheets. There was paint all over the floors from previous painting. The floors had a film feeling on them like they were dirty so we always wore shoes. The mattress was very worn and not firm. This is not anyone’s fault but the ceiling was leaking water maybe after someone showered or something for a short amount of time and I saw a baby roach after the floor was soaked.
Breakfast was included and staff was very nice and helpful.
