The door to patio was cracked and we booked a king room and got two queen beds. Also patio furniture was dirty. Also bathroom shower handles were falling off.

Our air conditioner did not work properly- it got down to 59 I think one nite- we had to call maintenance- it was scheduled to be replaced so did not get fixed during our stay- had to turn the heat on to raise temp and keep it normal

The only thing, there is no pool or direct access to the beach that’s it. I wasn’t aware because I didn’t book directly with the hotel.

Staff was receiving, room was clean that’s a plus! Spacious room with a beautiful oceanfront view! If you book directly with the hotel the receptionist will call and let you know about the pool/beach access.

Pool was not in working order. The beach water was a little chilly so it would have been nice for my daughter to swim in the pool instead.

The damage from the hurricane of '22 still hasn't been fixed, which isn't their fault (they have to wait for the city to fix the sea wall), but from my balcony, there was a really ugly view of the empty-but-full-of-rainwater pool, rubble, and even some trash (looked like an old oven and some kind of tent) that I had to try to ignore. (I was on the main floor, at the north end, right in front of the pile of rubble.) There's also no direct beach access because of the damage - you have to go out to the sidewalk and walk about 400 feet to the public access point. But I'm sure these little inconveniences are why it's such a great value right now, so if you can ignore that stuff, it's a great deal!

The room was adorable and very clean, and it's right on the beach, looking out on the ocean. There's a great kitchenette with a fridge, two-burner stovetop, microwave, dishes, cutlery, etc., and the bed was really comfortable. The lobby is super cute, too, and everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. Plus, they're pet friendly! (I brought my medical service dog - we can stay at any hotel per the ADA, but I always prefer pet friendly places because they don't make me feel awkward for having my dog there.)

Pool area under construction due to hurricane. Not hotels fault but is an eyesore. Low cost of oceanfront room made up for it but a tarp over it would make it look neater

Oceanfront, location, clean, 24 hour gourmet coffee machine, Hostess pastries & Pop Tarts in lobby during morning :-) room size & amenities, ordered food delivery several times - came right to room, friendly staff. Excellent value for budget hotel.

Large sized room with a balcony overlooking the beach. Excellent location. Kitchenette had everything you needed. The breakfast on offer was more than we expected. The 24 hour coffee machine was brilliant

The only complaint was there were no tissues in the room, and the toilet paper sucked. Very minor.

The room was really comfy. The A/C worked well, the hot water was strong and nearly instant. It was nice having a kitchen to be able to cook a little food. The supplies breakfast was pretty decent for the price of the hotel. Parking was easy and it was close to all kinds of beach activities.

Having to find milk for breakfast, on one morning told to buy it from the shop. Standing up to eat in the lobby where breakfast was provided. A Myriad of options but little quantity, thus options depleted quickly and not restocked. Only 1 chair in the room.

The location beside the water edge on the beach was very pleasant, only lessened by patio damage from storm. The room was adequate size and convenient being on the ground floor. Good qty of towels and flannels. Pleasant welcoming staff on most interactions. Small kitchenette area with some utensils and cutlery. Fridge with microwave.
