Great little area! Perfect location between the beach, mountains, hiking trails, and restaurants. Pacific Palisades is a very high-class area. Nice people and very safe. I saw a couple of celebrities in the village. Very accurate profile description. All past reviews are accurate. Will be coming back.

Beautiful home and delightful stay. Sheldon was a wonderful host that was very helpful. It kind of felt like we were visiting family. The bedroom has nice light, very comfortable bed and fit our needs exactly. The private bathroom was all marble with a rain showerhead and handheld wand. House and neighborhood was quiet. Parking was easy on the street. Lovely, old neighborhood.

Basically nothing. The distance to some breakfast place is somewhat long, but this is Los Angeles. In Los Angeles distances are quite long.

A great stay with our host. We did have wounderful conversations. The area is really safe and very agreeable and calm.

Our week-long stay at this accommodation was truly exceptional. The room itself exuded spaciousness and comfort, with an exceptionally cozy bed adorned with top-tier linens and pillows. Our host, Sheldon, extended a warm and gracious welcome, along with invaluable insights into local activities. As a longtime resident of the area, he was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the best dining and must-visit spots. The home also has a lovely outdoor space and garden which we greatly enjoyed.

That's a great place to explore LA. Everything is nearby, it's a safe neighborhood + a cozy shopping street with some dining options within walking distance. Sheldon is a great host, I'll definitely go back with my family once again.

We’re so happy we stayed at Sheldon’s house during our stay in LA! Gorgeous house with great interior and landscaping. The neighbourhood is very calm and there are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Sheldon was really nice and gave us lots of recommendations for exploring LA.

Sheldon is an incredible host who is full of wisdom and generosity and his home is a rare, beautiful Tutor house in LA. For the picky sleepers, the mattress and linen are so comfortable. The private bathroom is also brand new and sparkling clean. If you’re looking for a unique travel experience, this is it!

Sheldon was a great host: friendly, helpful, and intelligent. The house and surrounding areas are beautiful, filed with art and antiques from around the globe. as are the grounds that surround it. Everything is well maintained. It's fun to go for walks in this beautiful tree-lined neighborhood and look at the beautiful houses and greenery.

Very nice stay in a beautiful home in the heart of LA; the bedroom and the bathroom were both very clean and spacious. Very safe neighborhood and walking distance from some good shops and restourants. Sheldon was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed and always willing to provide for some advise on the city or surrondings but also very respectful of our privacy. I'll come back if I have the occasion to visit LA again.

Nothing, everything was perfekt for us.

The house is wonderful and the area around probably one of the best to stay in LA. A lot of nice corners in the garden to sit and relax. An old house with a soul, you feel at home at once. Shell is very friendly and helpful. he gave us a lot of good recommendations, what to do. we loved to stay there and we surly come back, if we are in LA again

There was no lock on the room door and you could hear just about every noise out there, whether it be inside the house or outside. Even with the AC temperature at a reasonable setting the house is still pretty warm.

Property was beautiful over all, the room was big and the bathroom is really nice, the outside area by the koi pond is great to hangout or do some work
