Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Two things I didn't like: 1 - No elevators. My mom got tired walking up the stairway and the 2nd thing was no ventilation in the bathroom.
I liked the location in between stores and restaurants. The breakfast was good. The parking lot was great it was nearby the entrance. The room was big and comfortable. The kitchen area was nice. The staff was nice.

It was my first time in Missouri, we were there for my daughter’s army graduation. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable! The location was very convenient, it was snowing & icy & the hotel is close to base! We would highly recommend!

I could not complain about anything.
They take care of you. It's an extended stay but they still gave us fresh towels everyday that most extended stay's dont do. They had hot and cold breakfast everyday. They have a little room open 24/7 to get drinks or snacks that you might forget. Location excellent becuae its is so close to the base and that is why we're there to see our son graduate bootcamp.. Best extended stay I have ever been too..

Breakfast could be better, but we didn't stay for the breakfast.
We love everything about the place. The location was perfect for the Fort Lenard Wood graduation. It was just down the street. The staff were very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. It's very comforting when the place is unfamiliar.

There was nothing not to like! We were very pleasantly surprised by the stay we had - and at such a great price!
The apartments made us feel just like we were at home. Plenty of room, and a kitchen that we used to serve several meals while we were there. The breakfast they served in the main building was amazing!!

My room was near the stairs so Everytime people get up and down the stairs I can hear them other than that my stay was great.b
The place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and we had a great time seeing our solider graduate BCT. Very close to the base.

My daughter stayed the second night with me because I had attended her military graduation and she was traveling home with me. There was a pull out sofa and she was going to sleep there. I asked the first night for bedding the clerk that was working the night shift was nice and told me to just check the next day when housekeeping was there. I checked the following day and the next clerk kind of put me off and wasn’t extremely rude but just acted like I was a bother. She told me the bedding should be already on the sofa which it was ultimately but I had not gotten a chance to check because my daughter had immediately came in and was napping on the couch and I was trying not to disturb her, but the clerk just had an attitude about it and same thing when we left the second evening I had paid for 3 nights but our flight left the evening of the 2nd night so I took our card keys down instead of just leaving them in the room in case they needed to rent the room that night and again she just kind of acted like I was an idiot and was not very friendly. She just needs to learn some better customer service skills.

The only thing I wished they had a elevator other than that it was perfect
I love staying here it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed . Friendly staff great breakfast and the rooms are amazing I would stay here again 100 percent !!!

Initially, the room smelled a little stale. However, once we ran the AC, the smell was gone.

We arrived roughly 2 hours before our check-in time and the staff was more than willing to accommodate an early check-in. We were less than 10 mins from the Fort Leonard Wood gates and it was a straight shot! Would highly recommend to Families going for Family Day & Graduation activities!
