I left before breakfast started. I was excited to hear that you had vegan and gluten free breakfast options but nothing was out when I left.

I just needed a place to sleep for a business trip. This was a perfect fit.

I was expecting a true bed and breakfast with a host to make recommendations and tell us about the property. Except for passing three people leaving when we arrived and I man in the morning when we were getting coffee we never saw anyone. Breakfast was a huge letdown. No hot breakfastjust a few donuts, bagal and fruit. .

The building was fascinating. We stayed in Oliver's Outpost. It was private and had a sprinkler system and fire escape. I felt safe there.

Our room, while comfortable, was just off the main entrance to the house which made it loud and aware of all of the comings and goings which wasn’t ideal.

Have stayed here many times over the years and unfortunately the previous couple times it was showing some decline in quality and we were not expecting much. However from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations! The new innkeeper Chris is breathing new life into the Inn. He is welcoming and helpful in every way, Breakfast was awesome and the room comfortable and clean. A great experience from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying here. From what I understand it was sold. The previous owners ran a wonderful b+b, clean, good food, gracious. The new owner hasn't a clue. Absent, just collecting the $. Really too bad, it has great potential. The bathroom in my room was filthy as well as the room itself, dusty, not vacuumed. Breakfast was ridiculous, stale English muffins, cold eggs. I will never go back.

There was no breakfast except individually wrapped waffles. There was cereal but I had to buy my own milk. There was never any staff onsite. The floors were visibly dirty. The shower curtain in my room was covered in mold at the bottom. There was fecal matter on the toilet paper. There were other guests who arrived after I did and their bedding had not been changed and it looked like someone had just slept in them. I don't normally do this but I would never recommend this property to anyone. Very misleading and 1 guest mentioned that she did not feel very safe there.

Respectfully, nothing. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Claims to have modern amenities...I didn't even have a TV. Met others who were staying there, theirs rooms hadn't even been cleaned, beds weren't made, used towels everywhere. My room was ice cold when I arrived and it was 24 degrees outside. The carpet was so filthy that I refused to take off my shoes. The guests staying in the attic sounded as if they were going to come thru my ceiling. I needed to leave by 7am, so didn't even get to eat breakfast which begins at 8am, pretty much after all of us checked out. Absolutely awful experience. Only upside was the other guests I met...we bonded over how awful our collective experience was.

Horrible experience. Booked and paid for a room with a sitting area and got assigned a room that was no bigger than a large closet. Arrived and the place was dark, no staff on site, and door code was incorrect so I was locked out. Neighbors in next door room were so LOUD!!! and could hear creaking and people walking around until late at night. Breakfast was rotten fruit and stale bread!! Would never go back. Run…. do not book

While en route, we were called by Nelson, the manager, about a change in rooms. He claimed that your website incorrectly allowed us to book a suite and tried to give us a single room. When we complained, he agreed to provide us with our original request. We also told him we had to leave early on our last morning, but he made no effort to accommodate an early breakfast. Although the self-serve meal was well-stocked, our request for no melon was ignored. Overall, it felt like the inn was being run from afar with no one on site to meet our needs.

The inn was located in a country setting in a lovely part of New Hampshire. Our suite was clean.
