The sofa bud was horrendous. Woke up with a third of it folded up!!

The pool and facilities, how the kitchen was well stocked, pillows great quality.

The only issue we had was the elevator on our side of the building was down, we were on the 5th floor, I'm pregnant with two toddlers and the elevator was down for about a week.

Only thing is room 227 by the elevator you can hear all the water and flushing behind the walls which woke me up everytime someone flushed e toilet because you can really hear the water coming down like a waterfalls

Having the heating system only in the living room-- it made noise every time it came on again (woke me up). I would have just turned it down, but it had to heat the bedroom, too.

Noisy! I’ve honestly never stayed in accommodation with such poor noise insulation. We were on the ground floor and had someone staying above us - sounded like a tribe of elephants with more than just footsteps! Could also hear the plumbing (yes, showers and toilets) from other rooms too.

Comfortable stay and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Very easy to cook a decent meal!

No restaurant or breakfast offerings. The woman at check out was efficient and pleasant enough, but not overly friendly or welcoming. The bathroom also had some paint peeling pretty badly.

It felt like a home away from home. Having a kitchen and living room area was really nice. And the rate for two nights was exceptional.

I didn’t like the pool and fitness. It is dated and needs to updated/remodeled. The pool tiles looks dirty which is not inviting.

I like that my room included a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat as a family. It also included a dishwasher.

I was disappointed in not having a continental breakfast, plus there was only one vending machine which dispensed drinks. It would have been nice to have a snack machine as well! To your defense, I did not notice the announcement that did say that you did not provide food. Your Lodge was beautiful and the room was very comfortable, and clean. The location was great as well.

Bottom line rooms need to be updated. Furniture and mattresses. We have stayed at this location for years and NOTHING has changed in that department. Company is building its business on people staying there….. turn some of that money around for the highly used furniture. Couch’s, ottomans, beds. Pls do not keep replying ‘ we are in the process of renovating rooms’. I asked one of the front desk staff if we could have one of the newly renovated rooms. I was told ‘ no rooms have been renovated at this location. We were in Pittsfield Ma. It would be so worth it for customers and the business. Trust me we travel a lot and customers want better for their dollar nowadays with the high cost. FYI we intended on going swimming and when we looked down at the bottom of the pool we decided not. Looks as though skim coat is hugely peeling. It was so u slightly and quite honestly it looked unsafe.

Love having a full kitchen and separate living room. The lobby and function room to watch movies was nice too.
