We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaWe wasn’t told ahead of time that the pool was down and that was our main reason for booking. Our tv didn’t work and they sent someone who didn’t speak English to try and communicate with us. We was told breakfast starts at 6. We went down at 6:25 and breakfast wasn’t ready, we was told they were behind but no one apologized nor did they do anything to compliment us.
The hotel was really nice. I loved the cleanliness, and the great staff.

United States of AmericaWe had to change rooms because the television wouldn’t work. The halls smell of marijuana/weed. The curtains in the room were hanging loose and couldn’t be closed all the way. We didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave (not sure if your company is providing that anymore). Our son’s room did not have any towels. But most of all the maintenance man and the cleaning people could not speak any English at all. So it was difficult to ask for what we needed.

United States of AmericaI was advised upon arrival the property was being renovated, however, there wasn’t a mini fridge, microwave, garbage can or wash clothes in the room. We had to ask twice for wash clothes. There ended up being a house keeper on the floor in which we retrieved from that person. Overall the bedding was clean and mattress was comfortable and the location was safe and about a 15 min drive from the French quarters.

The wall in the bathroom looked like the paint started to melt up over the toilet because it had gotten too hot in the bathroom.

BrazilThe breakfast service was inadequate. During the two days I stayed at the hotel, breakfast ended before the scheduled end time. Breakfast was scheduled from 6 am to 9 am. Before 8 am the food had run out and the replenishment was miserable. On the second day, there was no replacement, and the only employee who could be found said it wasn't her problem because she didn't work in the kitchen. After a while, some items were replaced.

United States of Americabut bathroom wasn't that clean. Also were several nasty stains on the carpet. Some guests are extremely loud, screaming in the hallways and lobby. Also lots of people blasting music at very high levels in the parking lot. Parking lot is cramped and hard to navigate.
Room was quiet, beds were comfortable. Manager guy is super nice. Staff followed COVID safety protocols. Grab and go service was convenient and followed COVID safety protocols.
