We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was very bad! Although they say the kitchen is under renovation and so there is no hot breakfast. But they should have stated this in the ad and Booking.com! Or, charge less because of that! It would be better if they could bring the luggage to the room! I changed the room 2 times because there were technical issues! (hot water, heater!)
The bed/mattress and pillows were so good! There was a coffee machine which I didn't use, but seemed nice! I had to change my room for a 1-night stay, but, the staff was kind and understanding.

United States of AmericaThe fire Marshalls throwed us out the top part of building falling apart very dangerous when they opened the bottom floor back up me and my wife went back and our date got messed up was waiting on boss to pay for our weekly rate and some kid and a woman claimed when we got kicked out we owed 3 days not true no motel is gonna let u by without paying and like I said we were paying a week in advance I was paying thru Priceline and they wanted me to pay them directly so that's should have been a sign of embezzling going on called asked for GM they will not let me talk to him it's sad I really liked the convince of parking my truck close to me but karma gets all bad people maybe that's why the county condemed it

United States of AmericaThe television in my room was semi-functional in that I needed to play with the cord in the back at times when it would not work. I don't know if anything could have been done but the air conditioning unit was very loud thus making it necessary to increase the volume more than I like. I did not appreciate the party that took place outside of my room that was extremely loud and lasted from around 8:00 or 8:30 and lasted until around 2:00 in the morning.
I did not have breakfast or coffee at this facility. I like the location because it was convenient and suited my needs for the things that interested me.
