Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Don't expect to use the pools much. They close them with the first thunderstorm and take their time to reopen it.

It’s dated abs needs to be remodeled, the cleaning staff works hard to keep it clean, but some things like carpets and bathrooms and the elevator need to be replaced and updated. No visible manager, we stayed for 3 days without TV and the front desk personnel seemed quite indifferent and simply said, the entire hotel has the same problem, someone is working on it. But no one did.
The housekeeping staff was nice and accommodating, I had business in Doral so it was a good location

The shower was stuck in the on position so I couldn’t utilize the tub to bath my baby.

The vending machine had no water available and was never restocked. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Close to a couple of restaurants, a supermarket, which was absolutely convenient. The room is very comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, there were a few notable dislikes. Firstly, the cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired. It was disappointing to find them not up to standard. Additionally, I faced multiple issues with the room keys, requiring me to go down to the lobby for replacements or resets. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted my stay. Overall, these aspects detracted from an otherwise decent experience.
I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by its affordability. Considering its central location, the price was quite reasonable. The room itself was decent, nothing extraordinary but comfortable enough for a short stay. The breakfast provided was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered sufficient amenities to enhance my overall experience. Taking into account its affordability and convenient proximity to downtown Miami, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and conveniently located stay.

The carpets and floors are the nastiest. Is not a clean place. There is only one elevator for the whole hotel and it takes forever.

My door didn’t open 2 times so I have to ask for help, the problem was the key card, take note. also hotel should have 2 person not just one in front desk for any issue or concern we could have while one of them is on “breaktime”

Staff was very friendly. Rooms can do with a little upgrading but it's not bad. Even though there was complimentary breakfast, we didn't get a chance to have any. Unlimited coffee throughout the day though! And close to dolphin mall and Miami. I don't mind staying here again.

The Hallway smelled like mildew, there were no trash bags in the garbage cans and we were only able to get 3 channels on our television.
Our overall stay was good. The room was clean, very quiet, and friendly staff. They even offered coffee for my early morning start.
