Bathrooms are too small

The beds were hard as a rock and the shower barely had any water pressure.

Check in was easy and the front desk was very kind to let me in two hours early. The room was very spacious!

A little pricey!

We liked having a seating area and the beds a little separated. After traveling the adults needed to unwind and the kids needed to relax which this suite allowed us to do.

The bathroom in the room needs to be updated. The pool was NOT clean. It looked like slime with bugs.

The size of the room was nice. With two TV's. The staff was very nice.

Bedding were stained and dirty. Felt like the room had fleas, me and my daughter had bites the next morning around our ankles. Tub and fridge had hair in them. Tv came on at 2am on its on which was wierd.

Location was good. Indoor pool was good.

No late check out policy and my room was not swept. The floor was dirty. I could feel the grit under my feet.

The king-sized bed we slept in had apparently not been used for a while. There bedding underneath was shedding white particles everywhere near the bed.

Having plates with cutlery in the room would be advantageous. Unfortunately, a bottle of water was not available in the room, which would have been very helpful for us.

Our room was pleasant and quiet, with available luggage storage, a writing desk, clean cotton towels, bathroom amenities, and a sitting area. The microwave and mini fridge were a nice addition, along with good water pressure in the bathroom. An elevator was also available. Breakfast was included in the lobby, and the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly.

The pull out sofa bed seemed to not work as it got stuck on us.

Is was good we didn’t spend more than 1 night so hard to review. Breakfast was great!

Pool is closed indefinitely, the listing says they have a pool. This was the biggest reason we chose this hotel. And of course can't cancel once we get there with out loosing money.

Close to everything we were in town for. Very centrally located.

Parking, roaches

Their were dead roaches everywhere but i didn’t see any that were alive.

The shower curtain rail was molded and falling from the wall. The bathrooms could use a little tlc.

The room I was checked in to had roaches and the latch lock was broken. They changed my room. The other room that was just across from my first room had no bugs but the refrigerator didn’t work. Luckily we only stayed one night. Won’t stay here again!

we ordered twin queen beds and a fold out couch the couch was torn and broken and could not be used at all so we doubled up in the beds and there was only two washclothes for 5 people

I was surprised by how large the room was.

It wasn't even 11 yet. And housekeepers knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out. I said yes. I hadn't finished getting all of my things together yet. And as soon as I said yes. They just barged in the room and started stripping things talking about how many checkins they had. They should've left and came back after I was done. Because I was gathering our belongings. They were very rude and I really don't like being rushed especially when it's not even time to check out yet. I still had 15 -20 minutes to finish gathering our belongings. I have ADD and can't focus when my train of thought is broken. I already struggle to stay on task. And that just made everything hectic. I'm pretty sure I left something because of it.

The room was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed. There was plenty of places to eat in the area. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast, whilst adequate, could have had a few more hot items, a full cooked breakfast would have been appreciated.

The rooms are really spacious and well planned. A really comfortable stay..
